The issue in GetHuman-xtrublea's own words
On nov. **th i reserved a car online and paid for it. I followed all instructions. I called the * *** number to check on how much the deposit was gonnna be. I was told **% of my bill with a credit or debit card. I drove *hrs **mins to pick up the rent a car at the air port. When i went to pick it up the lady at the desk refused to take my debit card as a deposit. She told me they only take credit cards for depoits. They DO NOT TAKE DEBIT CARDS AS DEPOSITS. She refused to lend me a car cause i did not have a credit card with me. I WAS TOLD BY PHONE ON THE WAY THERE DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD.. I WASTED *HRS THERE AND THEN * HRS BACK HOME AND VERY UNHAPPY. IT RUINED MY WHOLE START OF THE TRIP. THIS WAS NOT MY ERROR AND I NEED TO BE REFUNDED MY MONEY SOME HOW SOME WAY. THE WEB SITE ALSO SAYS DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD....
GetHuman-xtrublea did not yet indicate what Priceline should do to make this right.
