WHEN WE GOT THERE WE HAD ONLY ONE ROOM WAS RESERVED BUT WE HAD BEEN CHARGED FOR TWO ROOMS. ZAC TOLD ME I HAD TO GO THRU PRICELINE TO GET MY REFUND FOR THE SECOND ROOM THAT WE NEVER GOT. MY CONFIRMATION NUMBERS WAS ** ROOM ********* AND FOR THE SECOND ROOM IT WAS ********* BUT THERE WAS NO SECOND ROOM COMING UP WITH THAT CONFIRMATION NUMBER. WE USED OUR CHASE VISA CARD AND HAVE CONTACTED THEM FOR FRAUDULENT CHARGES FROM PRICELINE. I AM ASKING FOR A FULL REFUND FOR THE SECOND ROOM THAT WE NEVER GOT. THE HOTEL HAD A CANCELATION AT THE LASE MINUTE BUT HAD TO CHARGE US FOR THE ROOM AND WE HAD TO PAY ANOTHER $***.**. WE HAVE ALL OF OUR INFORMATION NEEDED TO TAKE THIS FUTHER IF NEED BE. AGAIN WE ARE ASKING FOR A REFUND BACK TO OUR CARD OR A CHECK IN THE MAIL HOW EVER YOU WANT TO SETTLE THE MATTER.
