Postmates.com doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-clrand will need to dig through the advice provided by Postmates.com, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. My husband placed an order today with Postmates to a restaurant that’s about two blocks away from our home. He’s handicapped and cannot walk which is the reason for why he use the app. I was the one that recommended it to him. I regret it tremendously. After he placed his order his bankcard was charged immediately and then shortly after that he received a message saying that his order could not be for filled. His card had already been charged and the money was taken out of his account. He was unaware of that and he placed a second order for something else and the same thing happened again the money was directly taken out of his account And then shortly after that he received a message saying that his order could not be for filled and when he looked at his bank account the money was already gone. I am out of town right now and he’s alone at home unable to walk and we don’t have a lot of money. Because of this he won’t be able to eat tonight. I looked online for a number for Postmates and could not find one but I did find an option to write a complaint. I chatted with a representative online because it was a chat option and I explain to this person what the problem was and what happened and before I could finish he immediately transferred me to some other website offering me a chance to pay five dollars To ask my question. I am absolutely furious! I do not understand how a card can be charged when order cannot even be fulfilled those things should be found out and known before money is taken out of somebody’s account. My husband is sitting at home hungry and doesn’t have enough money to even Uber somewhere and buy something to eat now after he’s been charged for two meals by Postmates that was not able to be for filled. Furthermore, no option or offer was mentioned or made to refund his money. He’s been spending the last couple hours trying to find out how to contact somebody to get his money back. I will never use Postmates again I am very angry about this. Not only should my husband be reimbursed for two orders that he never got, he should be credited for more than that. He’s going to spend the night starving!! There’s nobody I can call because you guys won’t post a phone number. This is not right !!
