My delivery was completely screwed up wrong items every item was ice cold, items were missing things and it took double the time it estimated for delivery

What went wrong?

Order foodx ... I received a delivery and literally EVERYTHING was wrong with the order. Plus when I ordered the app said it would be delivered in ** to ** minutes but the delivery didn't come for an hour and a half. I did the support thing and received a refund for $* and sixty something cents but I spent almost **$ on the deliver and accidentally tipped him without checking the food, ive NEVER had a problem with deliveries from postmates my wife orders through them all time time at least * times s week and had no problems, thats why we were VERY suprised this happenedand. I feel that I should receive a full refund seeing as how my whole meal was ruined and me and my wife were not even able to eat that night. Not to mention the fact that me and my wife got into a huge argument over the food and she is now pretty upset with me still over the argument. I do not feel like $* and sixty something cents is adequate for a refund for the problems that occurred with the delivery. If I could get a full refund that would be great and I will still continue using Postmates as I have in the past. And act as if this never happened. I have also drove for Postmates myself so I know how it is but I always make sure the order is ***% correct before I leave the establishment I get it from. Then I immedietly put the food in the hot bad that is provided for you to prevent things like this from happening, thats what it made and there for. This person obviously did not, and took way longer than necessary to get here so that's why all of my food was cold and Soggy, some of it to the point of not even being able to pick it up. Thank you for time I look forward to hearing from you. I'm sure next time things will be back to normal like every other time my wife has ordered. Of course the one time i order, this happens she said im bad luck. It said after I submitted this that I still never mentioned how to resolve it when I actuslly did. If you read back I said a full refund would satisfy me and my wife and I would forget about this and Lee using you guys roughly a few times a week because I knkw this isn't typical of you guys I've never ever had a problem with postmstes before.
is that when you paid decent money to get food delivered it should be the right order and it shouldn't be cold and Soggy by the time it gets here. Also when they say it will be delivered within ** ** minutes and it takes an hour and a half that is wrong I would have cancelled my order and never or never ordered if I knew that was the case.
Refunding the money I spent on the meal please.
