I requested a vegetarian meal from Postmates. When it arrived, it contained beef instead. It seems like a mix-up during delivery or when placing the order. I am seeking a refund for receiving food I didn't order and couldn't eat. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a phone number to contact them directly, so I reported the issue through the support feature on the Postmates app. However, I haven't received any confirmation of my complaint, and no one has reached out to me regarding this matter. I also emailed [redacted] detailing the problem, but all I got was an automatic response titled "email not received" with a link to their help center, where I previously submitted my concerns without a response. All I want is a refund.

I made an order on Postmates for delivery from IHOP with specified directions. Unfortunately, when the order arrived, it was incorrect. We selected hash browns with cheese and onion rings as sides for the turkey bacon avocado wrap, but only received the onion rings. Additionally, instead of plain hash browns, we received French fries with our grilled cheese. Upon contacting IHOP to address the mistakes, the waitress was rude and claimed it was my fault. To resolve the situation, we had to go to IHOP and speak with the manager. I am requesting a refund as I ordered delivery to avoid leaving my house.

I have not received my Panda Express order which was confirmed at 5:59 pm. Initially, the estimated delivery time was between 6:30-6:40. However, upon checking again, it was rescheduled for 7:10. Subsequently, it was stated that my order was being prepared, and by 7:20, it was out for delivery. Despite waiting, I did not receive the food. I attempted to contact the driver but was unsuccessful. Upon visiting Panda Express, I was informed that the person who picked up my order had payment issues, yet they did not cancel the order. It has been a day, and I am hesitant to cancel in fear of being charged. If I decide to cancel, I expect a refund of $48.70.

Hello, this past Saturday I placed an order through Postmates at 11:00 with the expectation of receiving my food by 12. Despite the original estimate of a delivery time by 12:04, I found myself calling the merchant around noon to inquire about the delay. The merchant informed me that the food had been ready for 30 minutes, communicating with the driver promptly, but unfortunately, there was a lack of available Postmates drivers resulting in a prolonged wait. With only 30 minutes for my lunch break due to school policies, I was keen on having my meal in time, given my health concerns. I believe it is crucial for Postmates to coordinate effectively with users and merchants to ensure timeliness and efficiency. Waiting over an hour for food to be collected is unacceptable. Therefore, I am kindly requesting a full refund for my order.

Yesterday, I made an order at Osen Izakaya. I got a call from the driver, informing me that one item I ordered was no longer available. The restaurant suggested a similar item at a similar price, and I agreed. However, upon receiving the final bill, I noticed an overcharge. The total did not match the receipt and showed $30 more than it should. I also spotted a temporary hold on my bank statement for $57.96. I plan to contact the restaurant about this issue as I believe I should not be responsible for this mistake. This experience has left me hesitant to use or recommend Postmates in the future.

I placed an order with IHOP yesterday for a total of $22.08 including taxes, service, and delivery fees. However, I noticed that after the order was processed, I was charged $28.04 instead. I reached out to customer service to report the overcharge. To my surprise, this morning at 7:25 am, I saw an additional charge of $33.41. Upon checking the app, it showed my food subtotal plus tax (excluding fees) as $22.66, even though my food only cost $10.99. The service and delivery fees were also higher than the initial total of $22.08. Despite my service request being marked as "resolved," I did not receive any communication from Postmates and was charged more. I am requesting a refund for the extra amount I was charged beyond the $22.08 I was expecting.

I ordered nearly $[redacted] worth of items, but unfortunately, most of my order was incorrect. Instead of a strawberry and banana pancake combo, we received two regular pancake combos. One crepe was mistakenly flavored with lingonberry, which caused an allergic reaction for the person who ate it, when it was supposed to be banana with Nutella. Additionally, I paid for French toast but received regular toast, and my burger arrived with cheese and pickles despite my request for them to be omitted. I also ordered two sides of bacon, one for an omelette, but only received an extra add-on. Considering the significant mix-up, we are requesting a refund as we did not receive the items we paid for.

I want to clarify that the issue was not caused by Jessica or Postmates but rather by the restaurant. Despite ordering the Family Pack, the restaurant claimed I had ordered a different pack due to the price paid. The restaurant insisted I contact Postmates, as they believed the menu was incorrect. I argued that it was the restaurant's responsibility to rectify the mistake and honor my order. After a heated discussion, Jessica kindly agreed to bring the missing sides. Upon checking the US Fried Chicken Halal website, I confirmed that the Family Pack does include 21 pieces of chicken and 4 sides for $35. Although I only received the 4th side, I let go of the missing items. My daughter, who delivers for Postmates, has also faced issues with this restaurant. Postmates should investigate complaints about US Fried Chicken Halal and reconsider their partnership.

I am Bryant W. I was in San Francisco, CA at the Apple store ordering 2 sets of Apple AirPods for a total of $[redacted].04. Only $57.51 was charged on my card. The app did not allow me to make a payout adjustment, offering only "Charge decline" and "Cancel delivery" options. After waiting 10 minutes for support, I received no response. When I attempted the transaction again, the same issue occurred, leading me to cancel the order and leave. Upon exiting the Apple store on Post Street near Stockton Street, I found my car towed. San Francisco's limited parking makes it challenging to achieve delivery bonuses. I had to pay $[redacted] to retrieve my car from the tow yard. I seek reimbursement for this expense. This is the second time our order has been mishandled. The driver claimed the restaurant was closed, but after a quick call, I spoke to Derrick, the manager at Outback Steakhouse, who confirmed they were open and had my order ready. Contradicting this, my postmates driver insisted the restaurant was closed and the doors were locked. After multiple calls to the manager, it seems unlikely the driver even tried to pick up my order. After waiting for an hour and a half, I learned the driver had finally arrived for my cold food pickup. I am disappointed with this experience and expect a prompt resolution.

Hello, my name is Mary Ann Taylor and I am not happy with what's going on. I have completed 20 deliveries from the 16th to today. I am aiming to reach the goal of $[redacted] by delivering 35 times, but my account only shows 18 deliveries completed. I assure you I have completed 20 deliveries. Yesterday I did 18 deliveries, but it only shows 17. Today, I have done 20 deliveries, but it still only shows 18. I am missing credit for two deliveries, and I need this to be corrected promptly. Please do not cheat me. Being a single mom, I am working hard during the holidays and every cent counts. Someone needs to address and fix the issue with my account. I recently received a delivery and had requested in the notes for the delivery person to come upstairs because my apartment is on the second floor. However, when the postmate delivery came, they called to ask me to come downstairs in a rude manner. Despite explaining my situation, they insisted on me going downstairs in an aggressive tone. This made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. It's disappointing that the delivery person did not seem to care about my request. The experience left me with no appetite and frustrated with the service. I hope the delivery service considers the professionalism and attitude of their employees in the future to provide a better customer experience.

Hello, it's Jessica R checking in. I submitted my information for the background check a month ago but haven't heard anything back. I received the fleet card but not the starter kit. I completed all the necessary steps, including uploading my photo. However, when I log into the fleet app, it still shows that the background check is pending. I need to start working soon as I have bills to pay, and other job opportunities are limited in Colorado. The delay is causing me a lot of stress since I need to earn money urgently to avoid homelessness. The website stated the background check would take 1 to 3 days, but it's been a month. I am moving in December and need clarity on what information you need from me to expedite the process. I urgently require this job to secure my financial stability.

I ordered sushi through the Postmates app and initially expected a $41 charge. However, my pending bank charge showed $56. I made an order, but received the wrong one. The restaurant and Postmates haven't been able to resolve the issue. I was promised a call back, but no one has contacted me yet. I received someone else's order, and I just want mine remade and delivered correctly. It's frustrating that this hasn't been resolved promptly. I received a call from someone claiming to be customer support regarding postmates drivers' identification. They texted me, asking for my email and password. Despite my better judgment, I complied as I was on a delivery. They insisted I verify a new bank account added to my profile. Upon checking, it wasn't me. They instructed me to click "verify," leading to a prompt to input my details. Regrettably, I clicked and the scammer transferred my funds to their account. I need to ensure this can't recur. The fraudster's card remains on file, meaning they can receive immediate payments for my deliveries. Assistance is appreciated to prevent this in the future.

I signed up for the Postmates Unlimited trial. Recently, I noticed several $95+ charges that were initially taken but then refunded by Postmates. Initially, I assumed it was due to failed food orders. However, I received a notification about the trial closing soon. When I attempted to cancel, the app kept crashing. Subsequently, I got an email warning about my payment method needing an update. I didn't update it assuming the trial would end. Shockingly, I discovered that Postmates still charged me, putting my account at -$60. Despite attempting to reach out via the app, I haven't received a response. I recently ordered a meal for my family from Red Robin, but unfortunately, the delivery took over an hour and a half instead of the promised 45 minutes. The food arrived cold and the order was incorrect. Red Robin apologized and refunded me $59.86, the cost of the order. However, Postmates charged me $71.84, causing a discrepancy. I am trying to obtain a refund of $71.84 from Postmates as the $59.86 refund from Red Robin went to them. Despite contacting Postmates via email twice, on the night of the order (Nov. 15th) and today (Nov. 20th), I have not received a response.

I am distraught that the money I earned is missing. I have reached out via email three times explaining my predicament, but have not received any response. It is unfair and unacceptable. My account information was changed to a different bank account without my authorization, leaving me frustrated as I had to add a new card. Clearly, the website lacks security measures if such changes can occur. Postmates, your customer support team needs to address this issue promptly. I am a diligent worker and being in this situation is distressing. Numerous others seem to be facing similar problems based on the complaints I have come across. I urgently need my money returned as I have a family depending on me. This recurring problem may lead to the downfall of Postmates if not resolved swiftly. I hope for a prompt resolution from your end.

Yesterday, around 12 PM, we placed an order and needed to change the delivery time from 12:40 PM to 7-7:30 PM. Trying to adjust it on Postmates' website immediately proved impossible without canceling the order. A notice warned of being charged the full price if canceled, including meal cost, taxes, delivery, and tip. We contacted the restaurant and Postmates for help but were unsuccessful. Even though we informed the restaurant of the time change, the Postmates driver left without a word. Despite leaving our phone number for the driver, we received no calls. By 7:40 PM, the food remained untouched at the restaurant. We had to endure challenges to pick it up, faced with parking issues. The food was stale upon arrival due to lack of communication. This experience has left us frustrated with Postmates' poor service quality, lack of responsiveness, and the driver's neglectful behavior. This incident complicated a gesture intended to support a coworker in need, turning into a disappointing and distressing situation.
