Postmates.com doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-lady_enc will need to dig through the advice provided by Postmates.com, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Here are some instructions we've written for similar issues- hopefully GetHuman-lady_enc can let us know if they help or not.

Customers should be aware, when they place an order with Postmates and the order is sent to the driver, it will take time for the driver to get to where the order was placed and if the order has not been pre ordered, it will take time for the driver to get the order after it has been prepared and take the order to the customer's location. Orders that have been preordered are best because all the driver has to do is pick the order up and deliver it to the customer which doesn't take a lot of time to deliver unless the customer is miles and miles away. Then traffic and road detours must be taken into consideration.**Postmates.com should also consider some people will complain even when the service given is good because they don't want to tip because they believe the cost of the order was more than enough, or the tip is included with the order. And sometimes customers don't like delivery people without a legitimate reason so when asked about the delivery person, they won't say anything good. people are people, so on the driver's side, I would say if given a low rating learn the reason why so you can improve on your customer service job and duties.
