I had an issue with ordering my food when I submitted for payment, it went to a blue screen saying that they aware of the problem and working on it. You can revisit the website in * minutes. I kept refreshing nothing a down screen. I even retype in a new window ... website down! I went to get my food thinking well since the site down my order didn’t go though. I didn’t have a app or email to to confirm. When I’m out pass the time if I did order when the order should of came a whole hour and ** mins later I get a call about a order at my door. That’s ridiculous my order never went though. I explain to the driver the situation and ask if he can contact and told him I would like to speak to a supervisor. He says idk what to do I’ll try calling. I contact though email about it then I get an email saying they still going to charge me full price for the driver and food when I didn’t even get food !!!!!! Ridiculous. I contact back explain details told them I have screen shot of the error message and receipts I brought my own food and I should get my refund for their error! She going say you have the app alerts wrong I don’t even have the app I use the website as a first time customer it will be my last and anyone I know I will tell not to use postmates! I see they had so many problems ! I got email from another rep saying they forward to management they will contact me ASAP that was Tuesday this is Thursday the accident was Monday. How long does it take. Unprofessional not to give me a timeframe when I’ll be contact. Since then I email no response now. I want a refund ! That’s right for your mistake website that would of at least had maintenance done so it wouldn’t be no problems when customer are placing orders I never got a successful order screen ! This unprofessional
