I need a supervisor to assist me. I'm tired of the run around I'm getting from several agents that keep emailing me. ** I have * cleared payouts that were deposited into an old account that I set up with POSTMATES a long time ago. I updated the info to my new account info. Apparently, my *st * deposits went into the old account anyway. How can this happen? Everytime I contacted support, I was told that I had to wait for the money. No one looked into the fact that it had been deposited into the wrong account. I have no way to access my money. I don't even know what account it is. ** Please assist me with this issue. I'm a single mother trying to support my family. This $*** maybe nothing for POSTMATES, but it's A LOT of money for my family. Thank you!
