I tried canceling an order because I thought I chose delivery, but it looks like it was for pick up. It was too late to cancel it. The app also showed that it was already picked up by the time I noticed it. I couldn’t contact Postmates so I contacted the merchant who contacted Postmates for me. The merchant called me back and said that Postmates says I need to cancel the order and resubmit it as a delivery. Again I could not cancel the order through the app. So now I just ordered it again through delivery . Non of your prompts in the support page help me at all. I feel like I’m never going to see this money again what a waste of **$ seriously. It’s not the merchants fault at all. It’s ***% Postmates not allowing me to cancel my order even though that’s what you told the merchant to tell me. Please provide your customers with the same help line you provide your merchants. Seriously having to go through a questionnaire each time is super annoying.

I placed another order but made it delivery. Then I reported an issue with an item from the delivery because it won’t let you report on pick ups. Then under the comments I explained the situation under the comments and told them I actually had no issue with the item just needed to correct the duplicate order. They messaged me back told me something about the drink I said I had an issue with. I messaged them telling them to read the comment I left and that I had no actual issue with the drink and left them the order number of the pick up order. They then messaged me back stating the would refund me of my order but to pay attention next time.
