I placed an order through the app for delivery and we were wondering where our food was and the order was slated as a pickup. I manually clicked delivery... and it was ordered for pickup with no warning. So now we are stuck driving to pickup the food we ordered for delivery... or losing $** because we cant cancel the order. **On top of all of that... when we get there to pick up the food, it wasnt even ready! The app said it was ready ** minutes before we got there!**Used this service many times... this was the worst possible experience one could have with this service. Would really like to be able to cancel and not be charged when something like this happens. If we had been drinking tonight we would have had no choice but to pay for food we couldnt get to. **Maybe take the pickup option off of a DELIVERY SERVICE?! If people wanted to pick up food... they can do it themselves with a phone. That's just you trying to scim some change off the top for yourselves. **I drive for postmates... and these shady tactics make me reconsider working for this company. I wont be renewing my unlimited **** that's for sure.
