Hi - I have a few grievances so bear with me. I ordered tonight *** for KFC- First it was late, the help button didn’t get the text to the driver regarding the gate code. My order is completely wrong. I ordered a * pc chicken meal - original, they sent crispy. I ordered ** hot wings and they sent chicken tenders. Furthermore, my bill is somewhat a mystery. The math does not add up. Summary *tax - tax isn’t $** or I would not be able to afford San Diego. So needless to say - I was overcharged for an incorrect order that arrived late. On top of that, the email attached to my account is an old email from my previous job and should be updated. It was *****@***.com- if you can update to *****@***.com. My full name is Karen Cepeda- please contact me asap
GetHuman-kcepeda did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.

Reported the issue to their site directly and after * back and forth emails, they finally resolved it. What could have been a simple resolution led to a very lengthy back and forth.
