Upon arriving at Thai Monkey Club today to collect a customer’s meal, I was informed by the staff that another person had already picked it up. Despite explaining that I was the only one authorized to retrieve the order, the employee mentioned that similar incidents occur frequently. When inquiring about order confirmation, I was told that her daughter had handed out the food and assured me there were no errors. After contacting the customer immediately and offering to resolve the situation, the customer expressed frustration and wished to speak with the staff member directly to reiterate her payment and desire for the meal. Despite my efforts, the staff member declined to assist further and suggested contacting Postmates. The customer, identified as Libby, was understandably upset, resulting in both time and funds being wasted. Disheartened by the lack of resolution, I seek guidance on addressing this issue.

I am disappointed with the lack of customer service I experienced. I reached out via email as the only contact method available. I placed an order on 07/01/18 because I had a tight schedule for an event. After ordering at 11:30am and seeing it was being picked up at 11:50am, the status kept changing with no updates. Despite three follow-up emails, I received no replies. The order was finally delivered around 1pm, and the Postmate mentioned the restaurant was offline, causing the delay. It's frustrating waiting for an hour and a half without any communication and not receiving any response to my complaints. Finding it challenging to even locate a way to contact customer service adds to my disappointment.

I recently ordered food through my Postmates account with a total of $54.00, covering taxes and fees. After placing the order, I was surprised by an increased price to $76.00 upon tipping my driver, which was delayed. After passing my background check, I started making deliveries. I completed my first trips, which amounted to $48.96. The app shows the payment was cleared to my card on June 14, but I haven't received the money in my account. I've been trying to contact support because only my second payment has been deposited, not the first one. Also, my third payment has been pending for a week now, when it should have cleared by Tuesday. I haven't received any response to my emails, and I need to speak with someone over the phone as soon as possible. I am still waiting for my payouts and need the money before Friday. Thank you.

I visited the Superstition Springs Olive Garden today around 6 to pick up my order. While there, I witnessed a Postmates employee being incredibly rude to a girl taking his order. He started shouting and using disrespectful language towards her, making the situation very uncomfortable for everyone else in the lobby. I didn't catch his name, but his behavior was uncalled for, and there seemed to be no justification for his actions. It was truly unprofessional, and no one should be spoken to in such a manner. I have never used Postmates myself, but my daughter has in the past. I will make sure to inform her about the kind of behavior that could be associated with using your service.

I had placed an order for food from 7-11 and noticed that $50 was deducted from my account. Had I known this in advance, I wouldn't have attempted to order with only $60 remaining to feed six hungry kids for the weekend. When I tried to cancel the order to get the money back, I realized I couldn't. I then tried to order from Postmates, but I couldn't place any orders. Now, I'm left with $15 to feed six kids. My daughter, Genna Bloombecker, used to work for your company, Postmates. Unfortunately, her car was totaled in a parking lot on June 10 through no fault of her own, as per our GEICO insurance. The spreadsheet your company provided Genna a few weeks ago is not sufficient for GEICO's purposes. They require an individual letter on your company's letterhead stating her employment end date as June 10, [redacted]. I ordered from Krispy Krunchy Chicken for a total of $27.78. The items included extra sauce ($1), mac & cheese ($3.59), 8 pc. chicken tenders ($12.30), biscuits ($2.56), and potato wedges ($3.59). I did not receive the extra sauces or mac & cheese. My order was marked as TBD with free delivery, yet a $5.99 delivery fee was charged. Surprisingly, my credit card was placed on hold for $85.22, way more than the order total. I am dissatisfied with the service and request an immediate full refund of $27.78 to address this issue promptly. A refund would greatly help alleviate my frustration. Hello, I encountered an issue while trying to place an order at the Jack in the Box on [redacted] Geary Street last night. Initially, I received an error message, and upon a second attempt, the error persisted. Eventually, my order went through, but to a different Jack in the Box near my location. Surprisingly, around 1 am, I received a delivery from the original [redacted] Geary Street location as well. I ended up with two deliveries from drivers named Michael and Taha, resulting in a double charge. I kindly request a refund for the order delivered by Taha, as I only received and consumed one of the orders. This experience has made me hesitant to use the Postmate website in the future due to the inconvenience and potential waste of food.

Last night, I encountered a problem with my order. Two drivers were unable to make the purchase from the restaurant due to insufficient funds. The second driver falsely claimed in the app that she had the food and then proceeded to drive around town without answering calls promptly. After some time, she messaged me saying she couldn't get the food. This entire ordeal unfolded an hour and a half after I placed my order. I had to personally drive to the restaurant to collect my cold meal because there was no time to reorder.
I find this level of service to be unsatisfactory. While I understand that pick up issues can occur, the lack of communication between the delivery drivers and Postmates to resolve the problem is extremely disappointing.

My colleagues and I placed an order for lunch from ShakeShack through postmates. Regrettably, upon delivery, we realized we were missing a burger and an order of fries. Initially, we submitted an email regarding the missing burger without realizing the fries were also absent. Upon contacting the restaurant, they indicated it was not their responsibility as the order was handled by postmates. Unfortunately, we have been unable to reach postmates directly. Despite our efforts to contact the delivery person, the number provided led to a disconnected message when we attempted to call back. Feeling frustrated, as a pregnant individual with an empty stomach, I am left with no lunch and no means of recourse. I also had an incorrect order with postmates the previous day. I am incredibly dissatisfied with this delivery service and will not be using it in the future. My primary goal now is to receive a refund for the missing items - the burger and fries.

Tonight marked my first delivery experience with Postmates, and unfortunately, it did not go smoothly. Without any prior training, I struggled to navigate the app while on the go. A restaurant missed including a drink in an order I picked up. Uncertain how to rectify this through the app, I relied on the restaurant's assurance that the order was complete. Regrettably, the customer, Gillard from Charlotte, is now seeking a refund for his undelivered smoothie. Although he provided his contact number, my attempt to retrieve the drink after the restaurant closed was futile. Due to a mistake in saving Gillard's number, I couldn't reach out to explain the situation to him. I faced challenges in seeking immediate assistance post-delivery to address such issues. It would greatly benefit new drivers like me if Postmates offered a tutorial upon app download, as I missed out on any form of orientation. I sincerely hope that the customer receives his refund promptly and understands that the oversight was unintentional. I made an order for approximately $50 worth of food, but when it arrived, it was only $18. I had ordered boneless wings and bone-in wings with sauce, but they both came without sauce and in small quantities. The Postmate who delivered my order was kind and friendly, but it was not her fault. The portion was so small that I need to buy another meal to feed my family. I can't justify spending $20 on the incorrect food. I couldn't reach the Postmate or customer service to correct the order, which is frustrating as this has happened before. I have Postmates Premium and expect better service. I'd like a refund, minus the tip I gave to the Postmate. Mistakes like this shouldn't happen, especially when the order details are clear. Earlier this week, on Monday, I placed an order with Taco Bell. I requested 2 soft tacos, 1 crunchy taco, a pink lemonade, and an extra crunchy taco. However, upon receiving my order, I found that I was given 3 crunchy tacos and a strange-tasting drink that was neither pink lemonade nor soda. The cost of my order was already high, and I am disappointed to have been charged incorrectly. Additionally, I have been experiencing problems with my email. I am unable to log in, and when I tried to change it on Postmates, I was told to create a new account, which is inconvenient. My background check for onboarding began on 06/25/[redacted]. The wait for the results has been unusually long. I am enthusiastic about joining your company but the delay is frustrating. The only obstacle to me starting work as a postmate seems to be Chekr, the company responsible for the background check. I hope that Postmates Inc. can address this issue promptly. Despite trying all possible methods, it continues to show as invalid. Yesterday, my account got hacked. After receiving a call promising assistance, no one has reached out to me yet. I managed to stop the unauthorized transactions by removing my saved credit cards, but I'm frustrated by the lack of communication. To Customer Service, I was disappointed with the service provided. My Postmates Driver texted they arrived at 8:26 PM, but didn't show up for another 40 minutes, leaving my food cold and inedible. The soft shell tacos were soaked in grease and sauce, turning them mushy. It was impossible to salvage as reheating them would make them even soggier with tomato and sour cream. I request a refund of $50.77 and cancellation of any membership for Free Delivery. Please acknowledge and resolve this matter, closing my account. Thank you.

I am experiencing a technical issue on Thursday, July 12th, [redacted], where my deliveries are not showing up on the Postmates app. I have tried to find a solution in the help center but have been unable to contact anyone for assistance. My earnings are missing, and I am worried since I travel long distances for deliveries for minimal compensation.
One specific issue is not receiving compensation for cancellation fees after arriving at a location. I experienced this at a McDonald's near the University of Miami on US1. It was also unsettling to discover from the manager that the merchant system does not work for Postmates after 3 am without any information in the app.
I would appreciate help in resolving these issues promptly.
