Help with my Pogo - EA Games issue

My issue is with Pogo and EA and whatever that other website that EA passes you to that i'd never heard of before, and it's called Origin!! My issue began over a year ago with trying to cancel my Pogo subscription. * or * years ago, I subscribed to Pogo.com and for * of those * years, enjoyed playing their games and didn't mind at all paying the $*.** a mo because it was worth it. Then, started getting pop ups and messages that were informing pogo members that EA would soon be taking over pogo, but not to fret because EA would make the transition from pogo to EA simple and easy for all Pogo.com members. Well, it's been everything but simple, and I've not played anything within the new platform or whatever you call it. It's ridiculous to try to sign in, And when I got help doing that I was told my issues were because I hadn't installed this "origin" site! They have no games I would like and would never play, but mostly they've made it way too hard, too many problems and hoops to jump through to finally get to a site completely outside of my comfort zone, etc,etc,etc,. I'm a female ** year old * time cancer survivor and I'm not into war games and interactive whatever... so, for the last year, a little more than actually, I've gone through such BS just trying to cancel POGO, when there isn't any POGO anymore because as a member, anytime I've tried to go to POGO.COM it immediately takes you on the journey to EA and all the BS you gotta go through re* your old POGO acct now being EA and that sends you into a whole host of new problems. Jesus!!! I just want POGO to stop charging me $*.** every mo. like it has done from the git go! I've paid that every mo. for * years, but for over a year now have been paying that for NOTHING! I have nothing to do with them, excpt trying to deal with them charging me when POGO has been EA for at least a year now, and I haven't been able to play games since the merge. And don't want to! Please tell me you can help me?! Pogo, has charged my acct. almost $***.** over the last **-** mos. I don't expect to be refunded, I just don't want to continue to be charged every month. I just want to never have to deal with POGO, or EA, or, ORIGIN, ever again. I think they're scammers and are guilty, at the very least, of misleading all the previous members of pogo.com and misrepresentation! I've read the negative comments from hundreds of people who've experienced some pretty messed up problems, including same issues I'm having now. unfortunately, there are no answers from anyone within those sites to set anything right. The only responses are from the community forum, in the form of suggestions, which have been tried, to know avail. I'd sure appreciate any help or advise you may have.
