I made a Pogo account for my grandmother a few years back. I am sure I either used the email: *****@***.com or *****@***.com. Either way her screen name in Pogo was rosedaft* and she had been playing on this account for years and she had a subscription. When you decided to switch to EA it booted her out and as we have tried to recover it we were able to log in under the *****@***.com email with the rosedaft* screen name and she has lost all her tokens and her subscription, which leads me to believe we cannot log in to the proper account because of not knowing which email was used. if you cannot help us recover the account we will be contacting her bank and will cancel subscription if she cannot play on the right account. Please let us know what steps to take.
