I started communicating with someone named JaeDrew45, who gave me his phone number as [redacted], claiming it's his business line. Despite his profile stating he lives in Toronto, the area code is from the US. Concerned about a previous experience with someone misrepresenting themselves, I suggested meeting at a Tim Hortons halfway between us. JaeDrew45 found it too complicated. I remained reasonable and polite, but he stopped responding and may have blocked or deleted me. When I tried to block him on my end, my screen froze, leaving me unable to proceed. Hello, I am having trouble logging in as I keep receiving an "Access denied" message. I have not misused the website in any way. The error mentions too many requests, which I find confusing. Although I have shown interest in various things, they are not what I am currently seeking. I would appreciate an explanation for the denial of access. I encountered an issue during your introductory process when asked for my postal code. The system did not accept the code and did not provide guidance on how to proceed. I left the process but now have the correct postal code. Today, I am going through a different system that focuses only on a monthly fee. Hello, I am Russell Craig, and I am trying to reactivate my POF account. I am facing difficulty setting it up again. It has been a while since I last logged into POF. My username is Russareno. I changed my password to strat69 because I couldn't remember my previous one. There seems to be an issue with my email as I accidentally hit the update button. I am experiencing issues with sending and receiving messages on this platform. Despite being a paying member, I am disappointed with the lack of response from the support team to my messages. Recently, I have been dealing with harassment from a user named "ME 8" who has been disrespectful and aggressive towards me despite my clear disinterest. Blocking him has been ineffective as he changes his username to continue contacting me. This behavior, including messages in the early hours, is unacceptable. Another friend is also facing similar problems with this user. These interactions have made it difficult for me to utilize the platform effectively.

The new setup is not working well for me, especially the "near me" section. None of the people shown are close to where I live, despite it saying they are nearby. I only want to see men within a specific distance from my location. The same applies to the search feature. Is there a way to adjust this in the app? I believe others may be facing the same issue. I've been a user on your website for 5 years, and this is the first time encountering this problem. Please respond to my email at dwilliams14 promptly with a solution. I prefer not to cancel my subscription.

An individual has utilized my images and name to create a fraudulent account, which has been used to harass women and tarnish my reputation. Upon discovering the culprit's identity, I learned that he had used his personal phone number to communicate with a woman who, in turn, informed me of the misconduct. We all reside in the same neighborhood. I am seeking assistance in accessing the fake profile to determine the extent of his interactions with others. Additionally, I would like to ascertain the nature of his conversations with these women in order to assert my innocence and restore my reputation.

I have attempted to sign up for Plenty More Silver Fish around 5 or 6 times in the last year. However, whenever I reach the point of entering my email address ([redacted]), I receive an error message stating that my email is invalid, wrong, or belongs to someone else. This email address has been mine for a decade, so I am puzzled by this issue. Numerous other companies accept this email without a problem. Can you please look into this matter urgently? I was tricked by a scammer posing as a member on Plenty of Fish (POF). The person went by the name MarkVee2367, with only one profile picture and minimal information shared. After suspecting something was off, I researched online and discovered the person in the profile was not who they claimed to be. The scammer even contacted me from a suspicious landline number labeled as a Spam Risk. I have reported them and urge for their removal from POF to prevent others from falling victim to their romance scam. This experience has taught me to stick to meeting people in person rather than online to avoid such horrible situations in the future.

I've experienced the same frustrating issue with this website. It's disheartening when you invest money into it, only to have your account restricted by the mod bot for minor errors. Initially, I suspected other users were reporting me, but now I believe it's a mod bot malfunction flagging me for rule violations. I was banned for "nudity" despite being fully covered. What's especially troubling is the repeated use of racial slurs towards me on the platform. I had to record the incidents to prompt any action from the site. It seems unfair that while accounts spewing hate speech remain active, mine was banned for something as trivial as a visible shoulder. The inconsistency in enforcement is baffling. I've lost confidence in this site and won't be spending any more money here.

The issue arises when their Facebook profiles don't match or seem fake, indicating potential catfishing. I report these individuals not just to protect myself but also to protect others. It seems obvious when a profile with 30 or 40 posts looks fabricated. It is concerning that fake accounts slip through without thorough screening. Perhaps hiring individuals dedicated to identifying and removing scammers would be beneficial. I have reported around 10 fake accounts recently and am willing to assist further. I have encountered genuine people on the site, showcased in the streaming feature, which I appreciate. Implementing measures such as requesting a photo with a specific background could help verify users. Moving forward, I will focus on interacting with individuals from the streaming section. Consider employing professionals to tackle fake accounts effectively.

I signed up for free, but then felt pressured to upgrade my account. I paid $39.95 expecting it to be all-inclusive, only to realize I needed to pay even more for additional features. There were multiple tiers of payment, and I was under the impression that my initial payment would cover all my needs. It was frustrating to find out that more payments were required for private interactions and other functions. I wish they had been clearer before I made the initial payment, as it was misleading to suggest that one payment would suffice for full access.

Hello, I logged into my POF account this morning and was able to view mutual matches. Subsequently, I opted to upgrade to see likes but I'm now encountering difficulty with the verification process. The app repeatedly prompts me to verify, but it fails. On one occasion, I received a system error message. Since attempting the verification, I am unable to search or view matches, which I was able to do before upgrading. Please address this issue. Thank you.

I was charged $59 twice within 2 days on my credit card. Upon logging in, I noticed that many girls were requesting money, giving the impression that this isn't a genuine dating site but rather a platform for women to ask for money under false identities and pictures. I forgot my password and tried to reset it, but I was surprised to see that my account was banned. I had recently recovered my password a few days ago but did not save it, so I forgot it again. I've been using this account for years and was only online for a few days before getting banned. I have never violated any rules, always maintained a friendly demeanor, and even made some friends. I never engaged in rude behavior. I am a female user and feel unfairly locked out without a valid reason. The customer service team said they would investigate, but I believe this situation is unjust.
