I was receiving e-mails about matches and messages up until Tuesday May **, **** at my e-mail address V*****@***.com for User ID Viiollo***. I tried to get into the app on Friday to look at them and it had logged me out and would not let me sign in, telling me the information was incorrect. I tried resetting my password but did not receive the link. It is not in junk or spam and have requested the link several times since Friday night. I e-mailed Customer service a few min ago and got a response that my e-mail is not associated with an account. But if that is the case, why was I receiving e-mails through Tuesday? I have not changed my e-mail or deleted the account. I went to check if my user name was available and it let me register a new account with my user name and e-mail. Was my account deleted? If so, why? I never received any sort of notice that it would be deleted, I had been using my account without any issues until Tuesday.
GetHuman-viiollo did not yet indicate what Plentyoffish should do to make this right.
