I was trying to contact them immediately following the unauthorized charge to my bank and request the charge be reversed ... I prepaid for * month subscription expected to END this month of Dec, ****. I DID NOT sign up for ANYTHING BEYOND the * month premium deal. On the **th, yesterday, i was charged $**.** by POF with OUT my consent, knowledge OR expectation so this charge came as a COMPLETE SURPRISE and CONVENIENTLY closed on **th and **th so i'm unable to contact them. AGAIN I DID NOT AUTHORIZE NOR EXPECT THIS CHARGE my Bank told me that THEY initiated so could not be handled like a recurring payment.
I DID NOT WANT, ANTICIPATE, AUTHORIZE etc this charge INITIATED by them
Refund this charge and discontinue this new practice of automatically deciding to EXTEND my service without my consent NOR knowledge.
