Hi there:**I had an account with POF and upgraded probably half a year ago with payment through my credit card. However, after I changed my phone somehow I couldn't log into my account and I lost my password. I have tried many many times to retrieve or reset password without success, I have received no reset email from POF for many attempts. I wanted to delete my account but can't do it since I am not able to log in. Now I noticed that I have been charged for the new membership which I definitely don't want it and would have canceled it if I am able to log in. I try to contact POF but seems there is no way to contact POF through email or telephone.
