Hello, I'm wondering why my account is being deleted due to a high number of blocks from women not being interested. Just because someone isn't interested doesn't mean I've done anything wrong. There seems to be fake accounts, escorts, and women trying to solicit money which I have reported, but they remain active on the site. I recently started talking to a woman I like, and now I'm blocked due to games some women play, while those actually violating the rules are unaffected. It would be fairer to gather facts before blocking someone, especially since many others in the forum appear to be experiencing the same issue. It feels unjust to be penalized for using the site correctly and respectfully, while those misusing it get to stay on. I reported a woman running scams asking for money, which could have been verified through Akron PD, yet she remains while I got deleted just because some women aren't interested. What could be done to address this inconsistency?

I believe there may have been a misunderstanding regarding my account suspension. It seems like a simple greeting or attempt to start a conversation led to a block. Could you please provide clarification on the reasons behind this decision? Perhaps there could be improvements made to the system to differentiate between genuine users and those engaging in malicious activities such as fake accounts, escorts, or deceptive individuals seeking financial gain. It is concerning to be penalized without a clear explanation while others are causing genuine issues on the platform. I hope this situation can be rectified by addressing the core problems and ensuring fair treatment for all users. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, I discovered an unexpected registration email from your website in my inbox this morning. I did not initiate this registration, provide any personal details, or sign up for your services. It seems that my email address was misused. I am receiving numerous emails indicating that my profile is being matched with other users. This situation is alarming, and I suspect that my information is being utilized without my consent. I urgently request the removal of any profiles linked to my email address and the deletion of all associated personal data from your platform. I seek prompt confirmation of this action. An account was created using my email address under the username ‘Redrosered2018’ without my authorization. Kindly eliminate this account and any related information promptly, as it does not pertain to me. I would appreciate being informed once this matter is rectified. I am distressed by this incident and the influx of spam emails I continue to receive from your site. Please address this issue without delay.

I would like to report a possible scammer on Plenty of Fish known as good old day 59 from Connecticut. Upon messaging him, I noticed similarities with another user, Morgan Collins from Pennsylvania. Their profiles and faces looked remarkably alike. I also came across a user from North or South Carolina, named David, who shared the same facial features. When I casually mentioned the resemblance to good old day 59, he promptly blocked me and his profile disappeared. I suspect there may be a connection between the three individuals. I've been continuing communication with Morgan Collins from Pennsylvania, who I suspect might be a scammer due to inconsistencies in his story. I urge the platform to investigate these users further.

I am experiencing an issue with receiving emails addressed to someone else who seems to have registered using my email. It is quite bothersome to continuously receive notifications meant for Carl7042 when my name is Grace Hilsum. Could you please assist me in resolving this matter promptly? Receiving numerous emails intended for someone else is frustrating, especially when I did not sign up for this service. Thank you, Grace Hilsum.

On October 10, [redacted], I received notifications of two different meetups. However, my subscription is not set to expire until November 10, [redacted]. Upon checking the Plenty of Fish website, I couldn't find either of the meetups. My profile is listed under "Airmen 0:03," and my name is David Miller. My contact number is [redacted], and my email is "[redacted]," which I used to sign up and pay for the subscription. I am puzzled as to why my items are not showing up and why I'm no longer receiving messages even though I have five days left on my subscription. I didn't renew it earlier because I wasn't getting contacted, but now that I am, I feel cheated. It seems unfair, and I feel like I'm being taken advantage of. I believe I deserve the days owed to me. How do you plan to address this issue?

I recently joined Plenty Of Fish and encountered a man who messaged me aggressively about conspiracy theories. Despite not responding, he continued to message me inappropriately. After blocking him, he created multiple profiles to send me more vulgar messages. I have tried to find a way to report him on the app but couldn't locate the option. His repeated harassment has made me reconsider upgrading my account. While most men on the platform have been respectful, this situation is unsettling. I have saved screenshots of his profiles and messages as evidence of his behavior.

I am currently using my Android cell phone and I know for a fact that I have 4G that has not been throttled. When using my phone's data, the Plenty of Fish (POF) app and site won't connect. I enter my information correctly, but when I sign in, a "Something went wrong" message pops up. Even trying to access the official POF site in my browser fails to load. However, everything works fine when using Wi-Fi from any source. My issue is that I rely on public Wi-Fi from places like McDonald's, which I don't prefer. To address this, Plenty of Fish should investigate why their website and app are not functioning on mobile data connections.

I created a Plenty of Fish account intending to chat but not meet up. Shortly after, I got logged out and couldn't regain access despite several password reset attempts. I created a new account with a different email, facing the same issue. Even after a third attempt using the initial email, the problem persisted. I would like all three accounts deleted due to unintentionally posting photos and wanting to maintain privacy. I am concerned and would appreciate assistance either in signing in to delete the accounts or having them removed.

I am encountering difficulties with accessing my POF account. I continue to face issues related to URL problems, even after submitting the details multiple times. The suggested solution of changing my password has not resolved the problem. Consequently, I have been unable to respond to messages from men since September 26. I have attempted to resolve this by clearing cookies, history, and unnecessary data from my tablet, but the problem persists. I would appreciate a more effective response from the support team as changing my password does not seem to be the solution. The recurring booting out of my account due to URL problems is perplexing, and I am unsure why this issue persists.

Hello, my name is Simon Limeburner. I am facing issues accessing my Plenty of Fish (POF) account. I am currently in Siena, Europe, although I reside in Newcastle, NSW, Australia. I was actively using POF last night and this morning without any problems. However, now I cannot log in at all to either access my account, create a new one, or respond to messages. I received email notifications about new messages, but when I click to log in, nothing happens. I have attempted to reach the site directly, but it did not load. Should I wait for some time or is there a solution I can try? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am having difficulty reaching a friend on POF. They say their settings prevent us from making contact, but my friend confirmed he had not set any restrictions. POF seems to be imposing its own limitations, even though the profile settings are supposedly the cause. The situation is quite frustrating, as POF should not be adding unnecessary restrictions beyond standard safety measures. It appears they may be preventing contact between significantly younger or older members, which is disappointing.

I encountered an issue while trying to reach out to a younger friend on POF. Despite him affirming that his settings do not restrict contact, I was unable to connect with him due to alleged restrictions imposed by POF. This situation has been very frustrating as it interferes with the ability to communicate with acquaintances. POF should solely adhere to standard safety practices and not enforce unnecessary limitations that hinder connecting with others, especially across different age groups. It appears that POF limits interactions between members with significant age differences, which impacts potential dating opportunities. As an alternative, each user should be allowed to manage their own restrictions to facilitate unrestricted communication. This experience has deterred me from considering a paid subscription with POF, and my attempt to seek clarification through email has gone unanswered.

I recently encountered login issues and attempted to create a new profile, but was still unable to access my account. I am uncertain about the cause as I have not engaged in any behavior that would warrant being blocked. I hope that my profile was not deleted based on an unfounded claim from another user who may have been displeased by my lack of interest. If this is the case, I believe evidence should be provided, and I should be given the opportunity to explain. Only one individual accused me of posting a picture with an ex, to which I clarified and was met with rudeness. Aside from this incident, I have always been respectful. If this is not the reason for my inability to log in, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue. - D. Verrecchia

Hello, I have noticed a lot of fake accounts clicking on "meet me." I am a single dad working hard to manage my expenses like mortgage, truck payments, child support, taxes, insurance, and other bills. I want to make sure that the women I interact with on dating sites like POF are genuine and not fake profiles created to entice subscriptions. Recently, I have seen similar behavior on Zoosk as well. Several profiles that showed interest in me turned out to be fake or have been removed. If POF wants me to consider subscribing, they need to assure me that these profiles are real. I suggest a free trial period to test the authenticity of the accounts before committing to a subscription.

Dear Concerned Recipient, This morning around 1 am PST, I received an email from POF regarding my account Makeupguy. The email stated that my email was changed without my authorization. Upon attempting to log in, I discovered that my password had been altered, preventing access both through the website and my phone. My original email address associated with the account was [redacted] Upon searching for my account on Google, I found discrepancies in the displayed information, including different photos and altered age preferences. I created a new account, Makeupguy2, in an attempt to contact the hacker but faced messaging restrictions limiting interactions to women aged 47-70. Although I couldn't locate the Makeupguy account under the new username, it appears in Google search results. I request assistance in either regaining control of account Makeupguy or having it deleted promptly. Thank you.

I have been attempting to reset my password for days, but encountered issues with the system stating that it is busy. The email associated with my account seems to not be receiving notifications. It would be appreciated if this matter could be addressed promptly, as I am unable to utilize the service. I am considering either resetting the password successfully or receiving a refund for the service. I have provided my work email as an alternative contact method due to the previous email not functioning effectively. My username is flowergirllover222, and the email connected to the account is [redacted] Please refrain from contacting me through the Yahoo account. The updated contact email is included below.

I am disappointed with this app and quite upset. I've had to create about four accounts because mine keep getting deleted for reasons unknown to me. I have always followed the rules, never sent inappropriate messages or photos, never been rude or harassed anyone, and yet I still get banned. I believe some users report me simply because I choose not to reply to their messages. It feels unfair and unprofessional for the app to operate in this manner. No explanation is provided for why the account is deleted, and there is no opportunity given to understand the reasons behind reports. This situation is unjust for those genuinely seeking love or friendships, as the app is being misused by individuals looking only for hookups or who react negatively to rejection. Improvement is needed in how this business is managed.

I was in the middle of a conversation when my entire inbox disappeared suddenly. All messages from everyone vanished from the screen. There was nothing inappropriate exchanged, no shared pictures, no rules broken. I didn’t face any issues with anyone, so I don't think my profile was deleted. I could access everything except my inbox until trying to sign out and back in failed. It wouldn't accept my email and password. Password reset attempts didn't send a temporary password to reset. Even creating a new profile didn't work. Maybe someone I didn't respond to reported me unjustly, causing my account deactivation with no evidence of wrongdoing. Shouldn't there be proof required when reporting someone unfairly? Can you verify if my account was deactivated, why, and possibly reinstate it if the complaint was baseless? I believe my Plenty of Fish account has been hacked. It seems the hacker changed both my password and email address. When I attempted to use the "forgot my password" option to receive the new password, nothing was sent to my email. This has also occurred with my Amazon account. I usually receive emails from Amazon when changes are made, so I was able to contact them about it. However, in the case of Plenty of Fish, I did not notice any emails regarding changes in my account at the time my password was altered. The hacker has accessed my other accounts as well. My username is Sweetclassycatholiclady, and my email address is [redacted] I suspect someone has been changing both my password and email address once they gain access to my accounts. I am hoping for assistance in resolving this issue.
