how to connect and setup Android phone(in place for PC connect ,USB or wifi connect to phone, for Android to playstation vita wifi model PCH-**** *Brand New nothing on it .*need walkthroughs video to enable apps.*and get it going .*or plug and play start up. chip or cartridge.*has PlayStation vita store works, but can't enable apps to download the stuff it needs. or make connections .*psvita web browser works can't download.*do not have PC laptop.*but have Android phone to work with.
