Two days ago I received an email saying that I purchased a *-month subscription of PS Plus, but I never actually bought it. I'm just trying to see if there is a way to get a refund for that because, well, I'm not the one who bought it and I don't want it. I'm already in the process of changing my password and activating the two-step verification thing because the only way this could have happened is if I was hacked. I wish I would've seen this as soon as it happened. Hopefully someone can help me with this
