If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

Hi I am looking for some answers to how to fix my issue I PlayStation keeps getting hacked in my credit card has been compromised on multiple occasions I've already been placed it once and before I ride your something online to contact you guys first I had actually went through my back the first couple times but I had more debits on my account from PlayStation Network * in May and two in June two of them were just recently in the last couple days so I'm wondering how to fix this issue. We don't have a credit card safe to the account I always buy PlayStation cards why does it keep recurring? Can this be fixed and can I get a refund? The following are the charges that are most recent June **th for **.**, June **th for *.**, May **th for *.** and May **th for **.**. I can find no reference numbers that follow these transactions it just says that it's a debit for PlayStation Network if you can help me with this matter I would appreciate it and if you need any more information or have any further questions please let me know. Thank you for your time.
