The issue in GetHuman-feizaoso's own words
PS* froze while in a game. **Headphone volume (connected to controller) went mute, thought controller switched to new profile. LED indicated still under same user (we'll call user B). No inputs made on controller were showing up on screen. *Tried turned off controller (holding PS button for ** seconds) and back on, nothing.**Blue screen appears ERROR MESSAGE CE-*****-*.****Checked system status on other account (User A), system up-to-date. Cleared some space in storage. Free space***GB.**When switching to account that received error message (User B) screen freezes error message pops up again. This happens every time I try to switch to User B.**Created account on friends PS* with User B login setting. Switched over, error message.**I've tried restarting, turning off, and put PS* in rest mode.
