If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

Received and email stating that I had created an account for my child. Which I did not do. A few minutes later I received an email stating I had made a purchase, which I did not do also. This purchase was made on the child account that someone I do not know setup. My account is RockinRonDenver and the child account someone setup is pescooler.*They funded my wallet with my PayPal account for $** and then made a purchase for Pro Evolution Soccer **** @ $**.**. I have changed my password and also went into the Family Management area and changed the password for the pescooler account and also restricted it. I did not remove it as I want there to be proof of the account. Now since this was someone that hacked my account and made this fraudulent purchase, will I be refunded? Please contact me via email.
