Hi my name is Nova. I was a previous long-term Planet Fitness member who recently signed up after you guys went **** my complaint is I came into the store before I signed up and I asked the three employees that were behind the register if y'all had any plans going on recently like deals discounts such people told me no so then I waited a day signed up to find out the following day it was a dollar sign up. But what irritates me is when I asked him about it the day that the promotion was going on they were extremely rude to me and my wife who is a member. What upset me is the fact that they completely lied to me and I had no knowledge of my question pretty much so after I started the $** signup fee all that **** the next day it's a dollar sign up fee? Unfair to your customers. And today when I went there with my wife once again they were extremely rude to me no hello thank you nothing I like your gym but I'm second-guessing my membership just because my first time with you new owners and I've spoken to the management at the Vero Beach and he was very rude as well saying oh well was his response... if you would like to contact me my phone number is ***-***-**** I'm not usually a complainer but I feel kind of upset for how things are going and I'm only contacting you guys because like I said I've spoken to everybody that works in the Vero Beach Florida location and very rude!
