I have a client that wanted to share her pinterest board with me so I could review it to help design a kitchen for her. That same day upon accepting her message, I received notification of my account being suspended due to violation of the Spam policy. I use the account regularly however I hadn't used it in probably over one week. I have no idea of any content that would have created a violation to the Spam policy as I do not promote any products, nor do I review any profane content, nor do I post anything that would be deemed inappropriate. If this indeed was found by pinterest account, I assure you that it's possible my account was hacked. I heavily rely on this tool for working with my clients and it's quite embarrassing that all of the boards that I have put together for myself or customers are no longer able to be accessed. I have tried appealing my suspended account to which I received an automatic reply stating that they will not reopen my account and that I will not be allowed to start a new one. Is there any other way for someone to help me get this resolved? I am really needing to have this resolved and don't know where else to turn.*Please advise as soon as you are able. Thank you.
