I don't have good news about this problem. I have emailed PayPal and called customer service numerous times over the last six months and can't get a straight answer from anybody as to what the problem is. Other than it is affecting a lot of people. It is up to PayPal to fix it and it is obvious they have chosen not to do so. Yet it continues to show up as an option under move money. They should remove it since it isn't an option at least right now. And I don't expect it to be an option in the future. **But their customer service is awful. The other day I called them and couldn't really understand the person very well and asked her to repeat what she was telling me and she said something and then hung up on me. And today the person I spoke with told me I could use direct deposit as an alternative but that is like a store telling me they are out of bread so I can buy milk instead. Like many companies do I believe they outsource their customer service so that is why it is hard to get anybody on the phone who speaks good English or even understands the language never mind the issue. And if you email them you will get the same canned response all the time to log out and then back into your account and if you continue to have problems to email them or call customer service.**It is just a vicious circle. We all have to accept the fact that transferring money from your PayPal account to your prepaid PayPal debit card is no longer an option. They didn't tell me that but I think they implied it when talking with them.**And that was the main reason I got this card a few years ago instead of another one. To be able to do the PayPal transfer. I have to go to the store to load the card and it costs me a *.** processing fee every time I do so. But there is no other way. I would not recommend this card to anybody. Their customer service is awful and problems don't get resolved easily or at all. I have given up trying to get any answers and anybody who is still trying is fighting a losing battle I believe. **And when they promote the card if they are telling you that PayPal money transfers are an option that is false advertising.
