I recently received rent payment from a tenant through PayPal, who used a credit card that was later reported stolen. As a result, the charges were reversed, and I now have a negative balance of $[redacted]. I am unable to use my PayPal account to make payments, causing financial strain. Despite attempting to address this with PayPal, I have not received any assistance and have been directed to a collection agency. I have an account with your company that I started a few months ago. I need to update my email address, phone number, and password. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the password I used or the email address associated with the account. The phone number linked to the account is no longer in service, so I need to use my new number. I bought a sewing machine from American Sew and Vac on December 1st. Unfortunately, the machine was not shipped until I called to check on its status on December 20th. After several delays, it finally arrived at a Fedex station instead of my home. Upon opening it, I discovered they sent me the wrong machine. I spoke with Mark at the store, who was rude and made excuses for the errors. Despite multiple conversations, the issue remains unresolved. Mark even pretended to be someone else when I called today. Frustrated, I now want a refund as I found the correct machine elsewhere. The poor service and disrespect I have received from this store, as well as negative reviews on the Better Business Bureau, have led me to seek a refund through PayPal. Dealing with Mark has been an unpleasant experience, and I no longer wish to interact with such unprofessional behavior. - S. Lubow

I have been making monthly donations to a charity. They only accept recurring credit card payments through Paypal. I wanted to adjust the payment timing. The charity directed me to do it through Paypal. When I tried to change it, Paypal chat support mentioned my account was limited. Despite my attempts to resolve the limitation, I was unsuccessful and received no explanation from Paypal. I then tried to cancel my Paypal account, but was prompted to cancel my Paypal Credit account first, which confused me. Upon contacting customer service, they canceled the Paypal Credit account but struggled to cancel the Paypal account, leaving me on hold indefinitely. Multiple failed attempts to cancel online led me to seek help elsewhere. I now simply wish to terminate all associations with Paypal. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

After not logging into my PayPal account for years, I decided to access it and got prompted to verify. I encountered issues with the two-step verification process; the SMS code couldn't be received as the number listed was for home, not mobile. Going for the email option worked, but I needed another form of verification due to forgetting my security answer from when I started using PayPal in [redacted]. I managed to log in by uploading my driver's ID and changed my password as prompted. However, while updating my account details, I lost internet connection. I am seeking assurance regarding the refund of my money. The seller, using various names and emails, has been contacting my private email despite my request to refrain from doing so after escalating the claim with PayPal. PayPal has confirmed that a refund will be issued once the unusable item is returned, which I plan to do tomorrow with tracking information. Since the return is to Vietnam, I am seeking confirmation of the refund. I created an account with an alias and a separate email, unaware that adding the alias email to my business account could protect my privacy by concealing certain personal details (I hope this is the case). I have notified PayPal twice via email from both accounts. Any funds received in the alias account were returned to ensure proper processing. My plan was to close the alias account afterward. Unfortunately, some money was mistakenly deposited into the alias account. I urgently need these funds to be transferred to my other fully verified PayPal account. The alias account should then be closed to prevent any further issues. If a transfer is not possible, the money can be refunded to the individual who originally sent it for the volleyball equipment. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, my PayPal account has been restricted to the point where I am unable to take any action, and I have received no response from PayPal after reaching out via email.

Thank you for your assistance. I would like to add that I only used one month of the subscription. The month I did use was ineffective due to regulatory changes affecting my forex account, preventing me from trading. I was assured the subscription would be paused until I could trade again. Now that I am prepared, I still cannot access my paid subscription for six months. My trust in continuing with EliteFX is severely diminished. I feel deceived and hope to receive a refund with your support.

I respectfully request that the hold on my funds/account be lifted. Although I have moved my business to a competitor, I feel that holding my funds for [redacted] days due to a non-fraudulent violation of PayPal’s policy is excessive. I will be contacting various state attorney general offices, the Federal Reserve, and the Better Business Bureau if my funds are not released. I am willing to leave a balance for chargebacks. I recently bought a set of headlights on eBay under the item number [redacted]15. The manufacturer part number is AHQ9-H7. However, upon receiving the package, I noticed a discrepancy. The product did not match what I had ordered in terms of specifications and value. It was meant to be [redacted] watts and [redacted],000Lm. After contacting the seller and conducting tests, it was evident that the product was not as described, only producing around 2200Lm compared to the advertised 3300Lm on the box.
Despite bringing this to the seller's attention, they were unhelpful and even refused a refund unless I removed my negative review. I have been trying for a month to resolve my account limitations, and it is becoming a real issue. I am facing issues with my bank statement showing fraudulent charges and my credit card not being accepted for purchases after updating my details. I recently purchased a 3D printer from WWW.Creality3D.shop and have since come across scam warnings about the website. After speaking with a representative from Creality3Donline, I learned that the site I used is not an official one and advised to request a refund. Despite claiming to have stock in a US warehouse, it appears the item is actually coming from China. The website advertised live chat support, but upon checking, there is no such feature. I made two orders from Beyond Vault on November 21st. Despite reaching out several times via email, I haven't made any progress. I received a dump truck for $59.95 on December 31st, too late for a Christmas gift. Only one of the three excavators I purchased for $[redacted].85 arrived on January 7th. I've requested return instructions twice via email since the items came in a simple cardboard box without any packaging or instructions. They keep asking me to wait for the rest of my order and mentioned a 30% cancellation fee if I choose to cancel since the items have already been dispatched and are now in my possession. I made a purchase for a flat iron/curling iron from Zl-one.com on December 21, [redacted], using PayPal. The payment was processed on the same day.
