I have an open fraud case.*I am hearing nothing back from PayPal, and I am unable to get through by phone, since it either disconnects over and over and over and over and over again, or I am on hold for ** hours before I either have to hang up, or I get transferred where I am on hold again for another hour, and then I have to hang up, or it disconnects again and again and again. So, please, let this be a way to communicate. *My bookkeeper, Stacie Reid, embezzled and stole, including using my PayPal account. My PayPal account is frozen, and I am implicated because she worked from my laptop, where she worked on my books, and used it to steal from me, including my PayPal account. I have filled in the investigation statement sent to me by PayPal, but have heard nothing back. I sent the police case number and phone number of officer on the case. They are not filing charges against her until I have all her embezzlement actiities broken down and court-ready, because they don't want to lose the ** day window of discovery, which would allow her to get off on lesser charges, unless the case is entirely made within that ** days of arrest. At least, that's what the police in Fairfield, Iowa are telling me. She has also burglarized my house twice (since firing her), forging stolen checks and stealing a laptop (with witnesses and on security footage), yet they wait until all my embezzlement charges are court-ready. I am extremely frustrated with the police, and with you.*You can help me, by sending me a statement that was once promised me, detailing every charge she made on my PayPal account. That would be every charge to Stacie Reid (cash payments to herself), as well as a charge to Heather Row which was a fraudulent purchase made by Stacie Reid. I think there was one other charge, with a strange and incomprehensible lable, that was an identical number to some of her fraudulent charges, in the amount of $*** some as I recall. Those are the fraudulent charges, which I was very clear about, back when I could still get through to anyone at PayPal. I corrected, over the phone, and on the written fraud form sent to me, that charges to Cocaringa, and a $** charge and an approximately $*** charge to someone else to buy a cell phone, they were NOT fraudulent, but no matter how many times I said it, you still listed them as fraudulent, and I'm trying to deal with the confused vendors. Please check the form which you sent me, that detailed which charges were NOT fraudulent. The form did not identify all the fraudulent charges, I don't know why, but I believe I was able to identify on it, all the charges which were NOT fraudulent.**I need from you, a definitive list of the fraudulent charges so that I can complete my evidence package to the police. It is impossible for me to navigate the PayPal site, with all the counter-intuitive plusses and minuses and reversals and unreversals and etceteras, to confidently produce an offical and credible statement of charges made by Stacie Reid, to herself, and one to Heather Row. I understood PayPal to say the total was $****, but I can't document it precisely. Stacie Reid's account was shut down only temporarily, and charged with the $****, but you have reversed that and put her account back in good standing, while freezing mine, permanently, you say. *I need a statement from you about these charges so that I can pursue my criminal case against Stacie Reid, and I also need to have access to customer support in the Fraud department. Please respond. Please help me move this case forward, for resolution with PayPal, and with the police.
