I buy and sell a lot through PayPal. This is how I support myself. Recently I had a customer dispute a transaction in which I felt she misread. In my ad it started in the description the amount offered. Long story short I turned it over to the hands of PayPal to decide. I have made sales since this incident without any problems, and yesterday made a sale of $*** which is still on hold. I need to know why and for how long because as I stated, this is how I support myself and $*** is a lot of money to not have available. Should I have the customer cancel the sale or can I issues a refund and she can pay me using another method?
