I made separate payments totaling $1,[redacted].00 to an attorney for my son's legal issue. Unfortunately, she did not provide any services but instead created a conflict of interest in the case. Despite requesting a refund after ending her services, she agreed in April [redacted] to return the money within 3-5 business days. I have yet to receive any reimbursement. I reached out on May 9th, [redacted], but have not heard back from her. I have payment invoices as proof of the transactions. I am a hard-working 58-year-old who trusted this attorney to assist my son, but she only made the situation worse and took my money. I kindly request a chargeback to recover my funds for essential expenses related to my son's case. Thank you for your help.

I can no longer access my PayPal account with the email '[redacted]' due to changing my Internet Service Provider. I attempted to update it to '[redacted]' but did not set it as primary or remove the old email. Now, I am locked out and unable to confirm the new email as the security code is being sent to the inactive '[redacted]'. Despite my attempts, I am stuck in a loop. I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you, Archie Pillay, ZA.

I recently received an email from Paypal stating the dispute has been 'amicably resolved,' which is not accurate. Paypal also wrongly categorized the product as a physical item when it was, in fact, a digital download that I was dissatisfied with. Under the thirty-day money-back guarantee, I requested a refund. I am disappointed with how Paypal handled my case, especially after being told someone would get in touch but to no avail. I simply seek a fair review of my situation, which has not been provided.

My spouse has suffered from multiple stroke episodes due to CADASIL, a genetic condition. Unfortunately, she cannot recall the password or security questions for our PayPal account that she had set up. Despite contacting Customer Support on 01 Oct 18, the instructions provided are stored in the Messenger Center, inaccessible without the required login details. Trying to create a new account in her name has proven difficult since we share an email address. I urgently need to reset the password and security questions to update the credit card information and mobile number as per the recent email correspondence from PayPal. I must purchase lawn mower parts and a truck bed cover online but cannot proceed without updating the credit card details through PayPal due to the login issue. Please note any email responses may not reach me promptly as I am unable to access PayPal's services currently.

I am currently dealing with a dispute involving Hannah H. ([redacted]). I made a transaction on 9/1/[redacted] for $51, supported by bank documentation. Another dispute for $45 has been resolved in the past. The $51 transaction was part of a payment for a puppy purchase from her for $[redacted], of which I sent $45 initially. After sending the additional $51, she provided a fake address in Tampa where the puppy was meant to be, but the location turned out to be an empty house. While the $45 transaction shows on my PayPal history, the $51 transaction does not. However, it does appear on my bank statement. I am unable to attach the document here, but if you provide me with a way to share it with you, I am willing to do so in hopes of recovering my full payment from her. It seems she is operating dishonestly and taking advantage of buyers.

Dear all,
I'd like to apologize for the inconvenience. I go by the name Iro, which is a diminutive of my actual name. When creating my PayPal account, I mistakenly used my diminutive name instead of my full name, although my family name remains the same. I've attempted several times to update my name without success, as the system failed to process the documents I provided. Over the last two months, I have submitted my Greek ID card, utility bill, bank statements from EuroBank and another bank, a screenshot of my credit card, and proof of my email address multiple times. Despite this, the issue remains unresolved, and I continue to receive repetitive emails with instructions. I am confident that once these documents are reviewed, my name will be corrected, and the receiving limit on my PayPal account will be lifted promptly.
Thank you for your attention,
Argyro P.

I need assistance with an issue regarding a sale on eBay. After a dispute with a buyer, PayPal held the funds, and I was asked to refund the buyer. Despite providing evidence of payment and incurring additional expenses, eBay is now claiming I owe them the original selling amount. I plan to involve my attorney and contact the California Attorney General's office. Thank you for any help in resolving this matter.

Hello, I need assistance with this situation. Can you please help?
I have recently received a payment in the amount of $1,[redacted].00 USD from Abert Garry. The payment is intended for me, Ángel Rosado Enriquez. However, I have been informed that before the funds can be transferred to my account, I need to pay the transport charges to the Transport Company. The transport charges amount to $[redacted].00 USD.
To complete the transaction, I am instructed to visit a Western Union office, fill out a money transfer form, pay the transport charges, and then provide a scanned copy of the receipt to the PayPal Team. Once this is done, the payment will be released into my account.
The Transport Company's agent is Monique Riley from Long Island International Shipping Inc. with the address details provided.
I am seeking clarification to ensure that this transaction is legitimate and not fraudulent.
Thank you,
A.R. E.

I would like to close my account. Yesterday, after spending over 4 hours on the phone, I answered "security" questions about subjects from 15 or more years ago. The rep didn't ask any of my "secret questions" I entered when I opened the account. It's been a nightmare trying to contact PayPal. May (Mae?) promised a supervisor would call me at 7:30 my time, 5:30 your time. It's now 7:41, and no one has called. I have other obligations and can't wait by my phone all day. I am considering sharing my negative experience with PayPal's customer service. I am also unable to transfer most of my PayPal balance to my linked bank account without calling PayPal first. I want my account closed, and the PayPal balance transferred to my linked bank account.

I appreciate you reaching out to Samsung Technical Support. After reviewing your email, I acknowledge your concern about the issue with using PayPal on your Galaxy Tab A. While Samsung allows various apps to be installed on their devices, compatibility is determined by the app developers based on factors like screen size and operating system. It seems that the current version of the PayPal app may not be optimized for tablets. I suggest contacting PayPal app support to inquire about updates or previous versions that may be compatible with your device. This information was relayed to me by Samsung.

Hello, I’m looking for help with two issues concerning my account. My account is currently limited, and although I have already provided the necessary documents, I am awaiting further assistance. Additionally, I reported a fraudulent transaction several weeks ago. The initial communication stated that a response would be provided by October 11th, but I am eager for a quicker resolution. The seller has not been cooperative since the transaction, and I have not received the item, resulting in a loss of $[redacted]. I am hoping for a prompt resolution to these matters so I can resume using my PayPal account without disruptions. Thank you for your attention and understanding. I am anticipating a response soon.

On September 29, [redacted], during my hospitalization for kidney failure, I needed to pay our business phone bill. I initiated a bank transfer from my PayPal balance to Greer State Bank as I had done previously. The system indicated it would typically take 1 business day. After waiting for 3 days, I decided to pay the bill. Unexpectedly, I received a check in the mail instead of the intended transfer, resulting in a $36.00 bank fee. Now, I am facing a $[redacted],[redacted].00 hospital bill on top of this unexpected fee. I never requested a check to be sent and wouldn't in the future.
This situation was not due to an error on my part. Despite reaching out to PayPal for assistance in rectifying the issue with the bank transfer, they were uncooperative. Prior to the payment, I even had Beverly Dorsey double-check the transaction setup for reassurance, as I was under medication at the time. Both of us observed the same information indicating the transfer should have been completed within one business day.

I tried to sign up for Silver Singles but encountered issues with my Visa Debit card. Despite cancelling my membership, I was still charged $[redacted] from my bank account. I attempted to contact PayPal multiple times but could not resolve the issue due to password problems. I created four new passwords but still faced the same issue. I am requesting a refund as I do not wish to join Silver Singles and would like my money returned. Thank you.

On October 5th and the days leading up to it, a customer has been sending us mixed signals resembling a potential scam. The customer made multiple purchases and subsequent refunds, claiming the items did not arrive and then admitting it was a mistake. The individual bought items worth $[redacted] and supposedly planned to buy a $50 portrait, but upon receiving the products, turned hostile, commented positively on the items, then cowardly initiated refunds and blocked our communication. We request PayPal to facilitate a refund of $[redacted] to cover the scammed amount. Despite attempting to open a dispute, PayPal keeps displaying an error message, mentioning that the problem lies on their end. We are eager to resolve this matter promptly and reclaim the owed funds for the portraits.

Recently, on and before October 5th, we have encountered a customer whose actions have raised suspicions of potential fraudulent behavior. Despite receiving and claiming to be satisfied with $[redacted] worth of items, the customer later disputed the transactions, including an additional $50 for a portrait, and then proceeded to block us after reversing the payments. We are seeking a refund of $[redacted] from PayPal for the products that were deceitfully acquired. Despite attempts to open a dispute, we have faced difficulties due to issues on PayPal's end. We are hoping for a resolution to reclaim the funds that are rightfully owed to us, in light of the deceptive actions taken by the customer.

I noticed that $3,[redacted].00 was withdrawn from my bank account on October 5th. There hasn't been any record of this transaction in my PayPal account. My bank believes PayPal may be responsible. The money was loaned to me by another PayPal user and did not return to his account. I made a mistake initially by having it withdrawn from my account, resulting in a nonsufficient funds fee which I have since paid. I corrected the error and deposited the money back into my account. However, upon checking my account later, the money was missing, and I also incurred a $30.00 charge. It's causing me a lot of stress as I can't locate the funds. I've initiated an investigation, but I wanted to share what occurred. The money has not been returned to my friend's account.

I have been unable to access my account for several years now. Despite this, I keep receiving emails about remaining funds in my account. I am struggling to remember my password and the address I used when setting up the account. I hope to receive further assistance regarding this matter through email complaints. My name is Heather H., and I am 32 years old. I can provide more verification, such as the fact that I had a Mastercard linked to the account under the name Jeremy O. I still have emails related to the setup process that I can provide if necessary. You can reach me at [redacted], which has been my email for many years. I kindly request a prompt response to this issue. Thank you.

I'm having trouble accessing my PayPal account. Yesterday, I waited on hold for 30 minutes only to be disconnected. Despite changing my password three times today and clearing my cookies, I keep encountering issues. Each time I create a new password, it gets rejected when I try to log in. It's becoming extremely frustrating. I need assistance in reaching PayPal to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you.

I closed my PayPal account over a year ago. Why am I receiving a message asking me to respond to these requests? Is this possibly a scam? Why is my name and email address still linked to a closed account? How much longer will this go on?
