I attempted to contact your customer service line but found the menu options excessively long, and regrettably, I did not receive the assistance I needed. My situation involves having a PO Box as my mailing address, and I do not pay any utilities as a renter. My physical address is only listed at the back of my driver's license and in my work profile. Notably, this address is not on my tax form, a detail I can provide evidence of if necessary. Mail is not delivered to mailboxes where I reside. I am willing to furnish copies of the front and back of my driver's license and work documents to prove my 15-year tenure at the same address. It's frustrating that my legally designated address on my driver's license is not considered sufficient proof. While I appreciate your overall service quality, I have yet to receive relevant solutions from your customer service team, despite my repeated attempts to seek assistance.

My 14-year-old purchased a shirt at a sneaker event that was represented to him as an authentic Supreme T-shirt. It was too large, so he sold it to Nari Kim online. Initially, Nari Kim claimed not to have received the shirt, but after providing tracking information, they acknowledged its delivery. Now, Nari Kim asserts that the shirt is a replica and demands a refund. I am willing to issue a refund but expect the shirt to be returned. It is distressing that someone exploited my child’s lack of experience with counterfeit items at the event, and I will not tolerate a repeat of such deceit. I have contacted Nari Kim, explaining the situation and requesting the return of the shirt with a tracking number. Once I confirm the shirt has been mailed back, I will proceed with the refund. I seek your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

Earlier, I spent nearly two hours on the phone with a rep and their supervisor trying to resolve an issue. Last week, I received a deposit of [redacted] GBP into my account, but the option to convert it into $ was missing. I decided to refund the money and thought I might receive it in $. Surprisingly, my bank deducted $[redacted].93 today. After checking PayPal, I realized they had refunded the [redacted] GBP to my bank account. Now, I am short [redacted] GBP and $[redacted].93. The supervisor mentioned it was a system glitch and assured me that the $[redacted].92 would be refunded back to my PayPal balance. However, I haven't received any confirmation or reference number regarding this issue, which is causing me some concern. I hope for a resolution soon.incerely, J.

There have been unauthorized transactions in my bank account supposedly made by PayPal, even though I never made any PayPal purchases. All my eBay.co.uk transactions were done with a Visa debit card, not PayPal. My bank, NatWest, stated that PayPal is responsible for refunding the money for these fraudulent transactions. PayPal claims they won't refund the money because they allegedly hacked my bank details and I closed my account due to this issue. Despite not having a PayPal account, they continue to use my bank details to show PayPal purchases that I never made. This has caused my legitimate transactions using my Visa debit card, which is protected against fraud, to be interfered with by PayPal. It seems that PayPal users can access my bank account without my consent and take money. I have reported this to the fraud police, and although NatWest has addressed this on TV, they haven't mentioned that PayPal users might have hacked them.

I recently received an email from what seems to be PayPal, claiming I authorized a billing agreement (B-1PJ230155U656132N) for automatic payments of eBay fees and reimbursements under the eBay Money Back Guarantee Policy. This was not authorized by me. As the only one with access to my account ([redacted]), I did not click any links in the email due to suspicions of potential fraud. I cross-checked my account and did not locate such an agreement. I plan to change my password, but I am concerned about potential unauthorized access to my account. I seek to understand how this occurred and what steps I should take to address this issue.

I purchased touch-up paint for my car from NewEgg, order #[redacted]23. I was supposed to receive grey paint, but instead, I got blue paint. Despite informing NewEgg about this issue a week ago, I have not received any response from them to resolve the matter. I have already bought paint from another company and would like a refund from NewEgg for the full amount of $34.19. The transaction was made on 5Sep2018 through PayPal. If NewEgg requires the return of the paint, I request a pre-paid RMA label to cover shipping expenses.

I am in need of help with my Paypal account. I recently transferred funds from my bank to Paypal due to issues with my bank. The transfer took longer than expected, and after finally gaining access, I linked my Paypal debit card with the help of a customer service agent. Initially, I successfully transferred one dollar, but the following transfer failed with an error message preventing it. Despite the agent's attempt to resolve it, the issue persists, leaving me unable to access my funds which has resulted in overdue bills and unexpected charges. I have taken note of all interactions, contacted a lawyer, and intend to take legal action unless Paypal resolves the block on my account promptly. Thank you for your assistance. James M. I am concerned about a recent issue with my PayPal account. Someone identified as TNathan Fairley has unauthorized access to my accounts, including my iCloud and several Gmail accounts. He deleted an important bank account information that was scheduled for a significant transfer today. Despite reporting privacy concerns with this individual multiple times to PayPal, I received no assistance to prevent this intrusion. I have provided his cell phone number, [redacted], and email, [redacted], but haven't received a callback to address this urgent matter. The affected account ends in [redacted] with transfers of $[redacted] and $[redacted] on September 23rd. I possess screenshots as evidence. My wife and I contact PayPal multiple times daily to address our account limitations. Despite lifting the restrictions, we are unable to utilize our balance. We have attempted various transactions like transferring to a card or bank account, sending money to a verified friend, purchasing on eBay, and buying a PayPal gift card, all resulting in errors claiming PayPal cannot verify our identity or encountering technical issues. The significant amount of over $[redacted] locked in PayPal is crucial for our business, and we fear the consequences of not being able to access it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Earlier today, my funds cleared in my PayPal account, and I attempted to transfer it to my PayPal prepaid card. After calling customer service at +1-[redacted], the representative advised me to buy Google Play cards to activate the prepaid card. Despite facing challenges finding the cards, I followed the instructions and purchased a $[redacted] Google Play card. After providing my information multiple times due to security issues, I was assured the transfer would be completed by 10 a.m. tomorrow. However, I now realize there is a simpler option with PayPal Zoom. I am uncertain about eligibility and concerned about the whole process as it led to an additional $[redacted] deduction without the funds reaching my prepaid card. This lengthy experience with the service representative, involving multiple store visits and purchases, has left me feeling uneasy. My name is Peter H. S. with a PayPal prepaid card ending in [redacted], PayPal account under Peter H. S. III, and contact email [redacted] Thank you.

Dear PayPal, I am writing to discuss a refund issue I am experiencing with BerryLook, a subsidiary of Xi'an Ao Peng Network Technology Co., Ltd. On July 25, [redacted], I was charged $[redacted].50 USD on my credit card for items purchased from BerryLook. After receiving the items a month later, I found them to be incorrectly sized and of poor quality. I promptly returned the entire order, unused and in its original packaging, to the BerryLook Refund Department. The USPS tracking information confirms the return was received by the company on September 6, [redacted]. However, when I followed up three weeks later, the company has been delaying the refund process by asking for additional details regarding my return. As of now, there has been no progress made towards refunding me the $[redacted].50. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. I appreciate your attention and support. Thank you for your exceptional service.

Today, I received a suspicious SMS from someone claiming to be Paypal, stating my account was locked. It directed me to a link to confirm my account details within 36 hours. Nervously, I clicked the link and started to fill out personal information until I hesitated at providing my phone number. After researching online, I realized it might be a scam. Feeling uneasy, I refrained from submitting any data and shut off my phone. I am worried about the security of my account now. Should I just change my password or are there other measures I can take to protect myself? Please advise.

I frequently use PayPal for my buying and selling transactions, which is essential for my livelihood. Recently, a customer disputed a transaction which I believe was due to a misunderstanding. I mentioned the offered amount clearly in my ad description, but the issue led to PayPal intervention. Despite this, I've completed other sales smoothly. However, a recent $[redacted] sale remains on hold, leaving me concerned about access to needed funds. Clarification on the reason for the hold and its duration is urgent to me. I'm unsure whether to ask the customer to cancel the sale or provide a refund for an alternate payment method. This situation is disappointing, and I've explored PayPal's help center for answers, but remain perplexed by the circumstances. Jennifer H.

Dear support team, I am not satisfied with the proposed solution regarding my recent purchase. The item I received is not as described, worth less than ten Australian dollars, and the seller, Highlife Technology Ltd., has removed the transaction details from my eBay account. I should not be responsible for return shipping as the inconvenience will outweigh the item's value. To resolve this, I request that the seller provide a prepaid, self-addressed satchel for the return since they have made it difficult for me to handle this through eBay. Your assistance in ensuring a smooth resolution is essential for me to continue using PayPal confidently for future purchases. Thank you for your help. Regards, Donna Transaction details: - Case number: PP-[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] - Seller: Highlife Technology Ltd. - Amount: $29.90 USD - Date: September 3, [redacted] - Transaction ID: 56G53243BY[redacted].

I made a payment via PayPal to Barbra Fowler on 9-16, my first time using the platform. Barbra claims she did not receive it, but PayPal insists she did. However, she has neither refunded me nor sent the merchandise. PayPal advised me to contact my bank, who directed me back to PayPal, holding them responsible for the funds deducted from my account. Despite repeated attempts, PayPal only suggests emailing Barbra to request release of the funds. Barbra's response was dismissive, stating she never received it and implying it was my mistake for sending it to the wrong address. PayPal maintains that the address used was correct. I am in need of further assistance.

My account is currently limited because I requested the return of $[redacted] to my account following PayPal's notification that they were unsure of how it got deducted. I simply want my money refunded. I have come across online reports indicating that PayPal unfairly treats customers. It's frustrating as that sum was meant for my electricity bill and I am currently disabled. I will keep my account open until the $[redacted] is credited back to me. Failure to do so will result in legal action. It's implausible for money to vanish, especially after the other party and I have exchanged emails, confirming their lack of understanding about the refund discrepancy.
