i have placed an order through discountmugs.com. i chose standard delivery as i placed this order on Sept *, and it said that it would deliver estimated date on Sept **- Sept **. If i had known that it was estimated after those dates, I would have done an over night shipping. I place a call to discount mugs, and the customer representative repeatedly told me it was and estimated delivery. i explained to her that if the company had specified the estimate date was going to be after the date they had said, then I would have did an overnight shipping. As this was for my daughters wedding for Sept **. When I called them Friday Sept **, they proceeded to tell me that they haven't shipped it, and it would be shipped out later today. She said i could overnight and receive it on Saturday for additional fee of $**. I had ask her if i did that, would they guarantee me the koozies for Saturday morning as my daughter's wedding was Saturday afternoon. She told me that it would be a conversation between me and the FED ex. I told her that there was no point for me to do that. so my issue is, I paid $*** for *** thank you koozies to give to friends and families for coming, and had a tracking number that it was delivered on Thursday Sept **, and when I called them on the **th, they have not shipped it out yet. Now it shows that it will be delivered on the **th. I asked her if i can cancel and she denied the cancellation as what am I going to do with all these koozies after the wedding. I don't need them anymore as they had the date on the koozies of there special day. for future shipping, I believe this company should just say when it will be deliver and not mislead costumers and have those dates as estimated, especially as I had placed this order on the *th. I would deeply appreciate for any assistant, and would like to know if i can reject the delivery when it arrives and be able to get a refund. Regards, Minh Kelley****-***-*****K*****@***.com
