The issue in GetHuman-stacie_'s own words
I recently sold a TAG Heuer watch on ebay and received payment. The buyer issued a returns request stating the item was faulty (bezel did not rotate). I contacted TAG Heuer customer services providing them with the watch model number and received confirmation the bezel is "fixed" and not designed to rotate. I forwarded this information to the seller and assumed this would resolve his returns request. I am now being informed by Ebay that they have advised the buyer to return the item and it is down to us to provide proof the item isn't faulty or has been tampered with. I have informed them of the email received from the manufacturer but unfortunately the do not accept emails as proof as they can be doctored. I have also supplied imagery and a website address from an independent jeweller who also has the same model number for sale which clearly states "fixed" bezel. I believe ebay to be siding with the buyer for no apparent reason, which is highly unfair as the item was in full working condition and as described. Could you please contact ebay and have them conduct an assessment of the issued raised which will quite easily clarify the information I have provided and eliminate the buyers claims of the item being "faulty".
