In August of **** I decided to try and upgrade of Pandora commercial free and the way it was explained to me was it would work with internet or without well that's not true it doesn't work without access to Internet also it was supposed to be *.** a month and I have been paying *.** a month which I have canceled several times and it still on my bill. I've been overcharged and I canceled it in September I had signed up in August because I was going to do some traveling not impressed at all and I have no password to sign in. This *** charge has been added to my Sprint bill every month and I did not realize it since I do not get paper bills but it has now caught up with me so I don't mind paying the *** for the first ** days but I have a real issue with the fact that you've been charging me *.** and I have written email after email canceling the subscription I need help and I would really prefer to talk to a live person. A live person was not an issue when I signed up for the trial please explain and help !!Tamara Baldwin
