Hello, we just recently bought the Pandora Premium Family plan, but it still won’t work for us. Whenever we are both listening it will stop and still say that someone is already listening to the account and gives us the option to either keep listening or let the other person listen. If I’m not mistaken the family plan was supposed to allow up to * people to be able to use it. I have a screenshot of when it took out of my bank as well, on ***** is when the purchase pulled out, and I’ve even added my email to the family plan like it says. So can you please help me, because I’m basically paying for a more expensive Pandora Premium plan that doesn’t do what is says.
