Last october ****, i requested for a disconnection of our landline for the reason that we often do not have dial tone, i called ***, and the operator advised me to pay my last bill on november ** ****, i did pay my last bill in the amount of **** ( which is more than my amount due). Many times i reiterated to the operator if there is a need for me to call *** once i paid my last bill, the operator told me no need to call *** since automatically the bill will stop, to my surprise, i been receiving txt messages of accumulated bills.
