I want to have my internet back since i paid my internet bills last september ** **** via Gcash and I choose PLDT landline since there is no PLDT DSL as an option at that moment. ... Dear Sir* Madam:**Greetings!**I would like to ask for assistance regarding my PLDT Home Fibr Unli Plan **** Account with monthly installation fee of P*** as a result of P*,***.***monthly. **On July **, **** & August *, ****, I paid my PLDT Fibr Unli Plan to the PLDT DSL in the GCASH app.**On the other hand, on Sep. **, **** I planned to pay my pldt bill but I can't find the PLDT DSL in the GCASH app as instructed from the internet, that's why I made further research on how to pay my PLDT Fibr plan still thru GCASH app and I found out that I can pay my PLDT Fibr plan to the PLDT DSL* PLDT Landline in the GCASH app.*So I paid on Sep. **, **** my PLDT Fibr Unli Plan to the PLDT Landline in the GCASH app since I can't find the PLDT DSL name in the gcash app.* *But yesterday I received a text message from PLDT Home stating: **----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------*Internet service for your PLDT account has been restricted due to an unpaid balance. Please pay your bill immediately online or in any of our accredited payment centers to restore the service. **For billing concerns, you may send an email to *****@***.com. Please disregard this message if payment has been made. Thank you.***----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------****Unfortunately, just this day, Oct. *, ****, we experience no internet connection in our home. I dialed *** to inform PLDT regarding this matter but a female operated machine was the one who answered and she mentioned that the last payment received by PLDT from us was August *, ****. It's not kinda super Frustrating but i want my internet back since i paid in advance but turns out not to be credited.
I want it to resolve and fixed it since i have already paid for this month in advance.
We avail PLDT home fibr * months from now. and I am really a Good customer and I paid my bills in advance..
This is our first time happened..
