I just received my bill for this month. I just want to inquire what's the process on requesting a adjustment on my internet bill. I've experienced ** days outage already and counting since internet service in my location has not yet restored as of this writing. It's very injustice to pay the bill in full when I've experienced an outage for almost half a month.**In addition, i can't proceed on paying my bills yet because again, my internet connection has not yet restored.

GetHuman-albrene did not yet indicate what PLDT should do to make this right.
