Have my dog groomed ... I had made this grooming appointment for my pet Bailey over a month ago because I was trying to plan a Vet appointment and have her groomed on the same day. I requested the day off in advance to take her.*I had a *:** appointment and arrived early because I took the other dog to the Vet and had errands to run.*Well, I arrive and there is no one in the salon. So I asked for help and then someone called the groomer to find out when she was coming in. *Well, after reaching her, she said that she had to much to do today and wouldn't be in.!!!!*I can't believe that she would not call and tell her manager this and to call customers that were scheduled with her. She certainly does not have any work ethics or consideration about her job and her responsibility. The person offered to reschedule me but not for today or tomorrow. I was very upset. I had to take my pet home and did not plan on this. I felt after I dropped her off for grooming I would just take off and do my errands and was heading in another direction. Now, I had to drive back home and make this unnecessary trip and then head back in that direction. The cost of gas and time also was not appreciated.*PEOPLE JUST DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR JOBS OR HAVE CONSIDERATION FOR OTHERS. *This took place at the Petco on Baseline and Power. My pet's name is Bailey and she had a *:** appointment with Jessica.
The groomer didn't have curiosity to call me that she wasn't coming in that day.
I want an apology and a free grooming for my dog.
I switched from PetSmart to Petco because of problems with Groomer who did not properly groom my dog.
