Hello, I signed up a week ago. I managed to log in once, but have been unsuccessful since despite multiple tries on my phone and computer. It doesn't accept my password or email address. I have reached out to you twice with no reply. I accidentally sent a photo which got rejected, and I never received assistance with logging in. My email is [redacted] and my password is Honda350. I kindly request to have my days reset to day one and assistance with logging in from both my phone and computer. Thank you.

I am having trouble reaching them at the phone number [redacted]. I paid for my subscription on December 3rd, but I am unable to log in. Even though they keep sending me encouraging emails, I am still unable to access the service. I subscribed again yesterday as they requested, but the issues persist. Could you provide me with a valid phone number for them or assist me with logging in? When I try to request a questionnaire, the screen goes blank, which is frustrating and feels unprofessional.

I recently conversed with Cesar to discuss a 3-month refund due to my hacked account. I requested the account to be closed down. My most recent payment in September [redacted] was for $37.00 with some change, and it covered services until March [redacted]. My email is [redacted] Cesar has deactivated my subscription but declined my request for a 3-month refund, which I find unjust as I no longer intend to use the website.

I would like to cancel my Ourtime subscription. I reached out on Nov16th, [redacted], regarding this matter. I have been trying to cancel this account since September [redacted], and despite sending emails every month, I have not received any replies. It is frustrating that one moment they mention canceling the account and the next day they claim I requested a renewal, which is not true. I recently sent a detailed three-page email outlining all the previous correspondence, dates, times, and contacts and requested several times for my case to be escalated to management. If I do not receive a prompt response, I will have to involve my lawyers or a collection agency to pursue the matter further. At 67 years old and dealing with health issues, I have no interest in dating, and this situation has been ongoing since September [redacted] when I first requested the account to be deleted. I suspect a scam involving one of your subscribers with the profile name "edsead" from Oakland. This person pretended to be affectionate and claimed to be in South Africa purchasing antiques. Suddenly, they asked me to send $7,[redacted] for a supposed hotel bill and flight home after being robbed. I did not comply and have decided to stop corresponding with this individual. - Joyce Goldfield

I canceled my Our Time account over six months ago, but I am still receiving emails from individuals on the site. These emails contain an "Alert" message marking them as suspicious, and I believe my email address was obtained without my consent. Could you kindly verify that all my details have been deleted from your platform? I am unable to log in to verify this myself as my account is no longer active. Thank you.

In early September, I purchased a month's subscription along with an additional $9.99 for a bonus. I have not used the site but noticed that the payment was deducted four times, which caused me a lot of stress. Despite receiving messages, I haven't responded as I believed I had only paid for a one-time subscription. I am currently dealing with health issues and financial constraints as I am unable to work. I was surprised to see another charge today. I kindly request a refund for the unauthorized charges. I didn't intend to sign up for a recurring $50 monthly fee. I encountered a man on Our Time UK and was unaware of the rules on off-site contact. When I mentioned this to him, he promptly shared his mobile phone number, email address, and name, Theo Carty. He deceived me into sending him £[redacted], which I foolishly did, and I have not heard from him since then. I reported this to my bank, and they suggested reaching out to Action Fraud, which I managed to do this morning. They provided me with a crime reference number: NFRC[redacted]43. Regrettably, I made a transfer to a person identified as T for £[redacted]. Apologies for the capital letters, it's easier for me to write this way. He claimed to need £1,[redacted]. I am concerned if he has scammed others. His profile must be removed. The crime reference I have provided starts with caps: NFRC[redacted]43. John T.

This is my first time trying this and I filled out the information, including my email address. I attempted to use the "join for free" option, but because I had used the member login, my email address is already registered. When I proceeded to answer questions, it prompted me to enter a valid email address, indicating that it wouldn't accept my original email. Hello, A couple of weeks ago, I called customer service to cancel the automatic renewal on my account after using it for only a month. I appreciated the help because I usually have to watch the renewal dates closely. However, I noticed that £39.99 was deducted from my account recently. I've been struggling to access my page for 10 minutes now. I have to continuously click on images of cars, buses, traffic lights, and crosswalks which is becoming very frustrating. I've requested for these challenges to be removed, but I was informed that it's not possible. This issue is driving me to consider canceling my account. I am feeling really frustrated and overwhelmed. I recently updated my account, but it's been causing me a lot of trouble. I've tried resetting my email multiple times without any luck. I need clear instructions on how to log in using Google Chrome as I've attempted it with both Yahoo and Google, but I keep encountering issues. Every time I log in, my account status is displayed as "free" despite the changes I've made, and I can't seem to switch it. Additionally, whenever I try to update my account, it reverts back to requiring payment information. I sent out an email, but I'm unsure if the recipient received it. It's frustrating that I constantly have to reset my password upon every login. I am considering switching back to Yahoo to avoid all these continual problems with both platforms. The whole situation with having to frequently change passwords with Yahoo is just becoming too much to handle.
