I believe my account was compromised due to a security issue on your platform. Consequently, I haven't been able to use the service I paid for in several months. I recently had to invest a significant amount of money to secure my computer from a virus. I am considering using your service again but have forgotten which credit card I used for my membership. Is there a way to verify my identity using an alternative method? Also, could you please credit me for the period between my last usage and now to account for the hackers' interference that led me to stop using the service? I would like to know how much time I have left on my membership after subtracting the inactive months due to the hack. I appreciate your assistance. Thank you.

I have discovered that the person I have been communicating with is not who they claim to be. I believe they are committing fraud. I request for my account to be canceled immediately. If this is not done promptly, I will seek legal action against Our Time Dating. For any further communication, you can reach my daughter at [redacted] This is a serious matter that needs to be addressed quickly. I am consistently receiving emails from OurTime.com. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to log in successfully. Upon contacting OurTime (People Media) and expressing my login difficulties, I was provided with temporary passwords during the first two calls, none of which worked. On the third call, I voiced my frustration from the previous attempts, only to be informed that OurTime no longer operates in Puerto Rico. Despite this, I continue to receive emails claiming I have unread messages and matches waiting. This contradictory information has left me confused and irritated. I have attempted to block the emails without success. I am seeking assistance in resolving this ongoing issue.

As a member of OURTIME, I have noticed multiple instances where I receive a message from OURTIME instead of the person I was chatting with. This has occurred at least ten times, where the individual I am conversing with suddenly appears disinterested according to OURTIME. I find it frustrating as the messages are not coming from the actual person I am engaging with. I previously contacted customer service about this issue two months ago but it persists. I would appreciate it if OURTIME stops intervening in customer messages, as it creates confusion and miscommunication. If necessary, I am prepared to file a formal complaint with evidence to address this matter effectively.

I recently cancelled my account in early October, but I have noticed that the subscription service still charged me £74.97 in error. I am disappointed by this oversight and request a refund. I find it frustrating that it was not straightforward to cancel as I had to navigate through the website again to find the correct procedure. It would be beneficial for your website to be more user-friendly to prevent such issues in the future. I'm Lorraine M., and I've been trying to get a refund from OurTime since I canceled around the 10th of September. Despite contacting them multiple times, I've had two payments totaling 79.98 GBP deducted from my account. I've attempted to call them, but the number provided is not in service. Even though my account has been deactivated, they have not responded to any of my emails.

I reside in Albany, NY, and currently, I am visiting Germany. I am facing issues accessing my OurTime account. Despite receiving passwords from customer service, none of them are working. They mentioned that their security does not permit access to accounts from individuals traveling outside the USA. I have been struggling to log in for several days now. Is there truly no way to access my own account just because I am traveling? This restriction feels unreasonable. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I'm a free member and recently received an email stating that my subscription was being upgraded from one month to six months, with a charge of $[redacted].73. This kind of change happened before without my consent. I would like to cancel this subscription. I used to be a member of Ourtime years ago and recently received an email about my membership being renewed without my knowledge. The email stated that $[redacted].43 would be debited soon if I didn't cancel the 3-month subscription. Unfortunately, I forgot my password to log in and cancel the request. Yesterday, I bought your service but quickly realized it was not what I wanted. I tried to cancel it yesterday but couldn't reach anyone. My name is R. I work for Hugh Jones Solicitors in Manchester, England and manage the affairs of a gentleman named Paul L. Paul suffered a severe brain injury 3 years ago and is unable to oversee his own affairs. Hugh Jones Solicitors have been legally assigned by the Courts to handle his affairs. We have discovered regular deductions of £39.99 from Paul's bank account by Ourtime. Paul, being vulnerable, was not aware of the ongoing charges when he signed up for the service. He now wishes to cancel his membership immediately and be refunded for any payments already made. I can provide a copy of the Court of Protection Order appointing us as Paul's "Deputy." Kindly process the cancellation and refund to the original account used for the payments.

I am having trouble accessing my account because I forgot my password and was unable to reset it. Due to my credit card being closed for suspicious activity, I no longer have easy access to the full credit card number used for the subscription payment, only the last 4 digits. I attempted to reach out via email for a password reset link but ended up being prompted to create a new account, which is not what I intended. I attempted to upgrade my account, but both my debit and credit cards were declined, even though they are valid. I am unable to access my account settings, which has been an issue for hours. Additionally, some of my uploaded pictures have been pending for 5 days. With no customer service available over the weekend, I feel frustrated and unable to use my OurTime account. I am considering switching to a different site due to these ongoing issues.

My subscription to OurTime expired on November 30, [redacted]. I will not renew my subscription until the fake profiles on this site are addressed. When the same picture is used on 20+ profiles, it seems like there may be someone within the company involved. Additionally, there have been instances where messages are sent from supposed real subscribers, only for them to claim they did not send the message. This has occurred multiple times, and I have even been contacted by individuals I never messaged. This scam needs to be stopped before I consider extending my subscription. After speaking with one of your agents on the phone, it was clear that no resolution would be reached. Despite continuous emails prompting me to extend, I believe your organization is driven by greed. I plan to share my experiences on social media to inform others about what I have gone through on your website.

I recently noticed an unauthorized charge from Vds.roban on my account. I did not make this purchase and I am now requesting a refund because I am not satisfied with their services. Despite my attempts, they have not responded to my inquiries. In my country, this type of behavior is considered theft and dishonesty, taking advantage of individuals. I have already contacted them via email at [redacted] and provided the card details where the $44.99 were charged. While this amount may not seem significant to them, it is a substantial sum for me.
