I have been a member for over* years, have been paying monthly directly out of my bank credit card.*Now all of a sudden, I can't even read a reply from another member, I can't even send a message to the other member that I have already been chatting with. Now you want me to upgrade and pay a bigger payment all at once, for a year or * months . Also I used to get * daily matches to view their profile and pics. I have not received these daily matches for over a week now. What is going on with my membership, I expect an email from you today to explain these problems.
