The issue in GetHuman-derekno's own words
I purchased a ticket from Barcelona to Miami for April **st from Finnair via its agent Orbitz Worldwide, Inc. The price is $***,** *their references: Itinerary * **************, Confirmation *JLWPR (Finnair)*. According to their website and according to the rules of the fare, I am permitted unlimited changes without a penalty (https:**www.finnair.com*en*safe-travel-during-coronavirus*ticket-changes). I wish to add the leg MIAmi to Chicago and the price of that ticket is $***,** -- a difference of $**,**. I spoke to "John" via chat for about five hours and he insists that the new price is $****.**. I told him that his own website and Finnair's website is quoting the price at $***,**, and further called one of his colleagues in their call center ("Queen") who confirmed that the price of the ticket is $***,**. Further, John insisted that I cannot make changes because I am not changing without ** hours notice (in fact this change would be *** hours' notice), and I could not reason with him that he is making an error in face of all of this evidence. I do not know if they are crooks or just incompetent fools, but the effect is the same: they are trying to rip $**** off of me. I have chat logs and a screen shot of their own website's price for the desired itinerary. What do I wish them to do? stop trying to rip off the public and rebooked ticket and collect the $**,** due.

GetHuman-derekno did not yet indicate what Orbitz should do to make this right.
