Third time to type this for you all. Please help me. Phone number is ***-***-****. I had booked a trip to Mexico with two of my daughters through you for March ****. Obviously it got cancelled. I looked on my cancelled credits and none of them are there. Even mine does not show up. What do I need to do to get them to show on my Orbitz page? Should I also have them for my daughters two flights? Who owns those credits? Do I need to call you to reschedule. By when do I have to reschedule? Can my daughters book their own flights to use their credit? Do they have to go through Orbitz? Do I have to be the one to book it? Are the credits usable for anyone or just the people who we originally booked? This was actually a trip for my **th birthday and my * daughters **th's. Pretty special and with Covid, who knows when or if it will happen. If I die, who get's my credits? The itinerary *'s are *************,************* and **************. Thank you in advance.
