We booked our cruise at a category OK obstructed view cabin with picture window which is on leve *. Instead we received category IF level * with a port hole in the bottom of the boat near the engines. It's not what we paid for we paid for a guaranteed Obstructed view level *! We can't call you because we are on the cruise. Whose fault was this orbitz or NCL and what is the solution going to be.
