I booked a hotel *******. I cancelled the hotel the same hour, and I was under the impression I would get a full refund. The hotel would not honor my refund. I tried to reach out to hotel management and I never heard back. I stayed on the phone * hour with orbitz, talked to about * different people until Stephanie came on and said as soon as I got a receipt from hotel becket she would process a refund. Hotel becket has not sent me any documentation.
GetHuman838138 did not yet indicate what Orbitz should do to make this right.

Ask for tier * support, if not ask for their manager. Be prepared to have patience. Total time on the phone over two calls... well over * hours. No exaggerations
