I livechat with optus last month when my bill for my home phone*broadband bundle was higher and I no longer have unlimited local and national calls. I was told the plan I was on ID****** is no longer available and I am now on the $** plan which includes entertainment. I should have been informed that the plan I was on was no longer available and give me the option to choose the plan that suits me. So I said that I would like to change to the $**.** access plan plus bolt on unlimited and national calls for an extra $*.** per month. I was told that I am now plan ID******. Got my account today and nothing has changed as I am still changed for local and national calls. Please rectify and change to the agreed plan as I don't want to have to contact you regarding the same old problem. It is straight forward.
GetHuman-zabhel did not yet indicate what Optus should do to make this right.
