I need to cancel my Sim as it was stolen out of the phone I no longer have either of them. I'm really disappointed with how optus handles the spoof app and spy app problem it's legal so parents can spy on children or work phones or so forth it's rediculous when your ** years old and it's your personal handset your parents have no reason to look in your phone your work place has no right cause u own it and im constantly changing my number to stay one step ahead your phone calls and txts are public knowledge I'm thinking bout getting uhf radio cause there free to use and a mobile phone conversation is as public as one on a uhf u need to create somthing where soon as outside source enters a phone of this type all details are recorded this is ****
