Hi.*I have just spent about an hour on the phone with you. I got transferred * times and hung up on twice. After a lovely gentleman fixed up a billing problem I was sent to sales and hung up on. I then rang back as I want to upgrade my phone-I told the operator that I was looking at an iPhone **. She looked at my account and we worked out that it would only cost me an extra $* on the new plan- the only thing she couldn't do was activate the extra *gb as she wasn't online sales- so she transferred me from sales to online sales? When I was transferred the operator told me there was nothing she could do as I don't have a drivers licence or Passport ( I am disabled and don't drive). I do have an *** card with my picture on it. * weeks ago I rang up and leased a phone- They did a credit check on me and all was Ok. I was going to upgrade then but decided not too. This operator then transferred me to someone else- who then gave me another price for the phone $**... an extra $**. I said that was more that what I worked out with the previous salesperson and we worked out that the price she gave me was to upgrade to an * not a plus.... the operator said basically there was nothing he could do but transfer me again to someone else- he did so and it hung up on me. I have been with Optus since having a Motorola and Nokia phone- a long time. I have never encountered the problems I had today on this magnitude before. Can someone help me please??
